Suggestions for cheaper carb sources
ad
Hey guys so I’m trying to make a diet and for breakfast I’m trying find a cheaper carb than bagels and trying to avoid rice cause I already eat that like 4 or 5 times a day. Just wondering what I can eat to get in 100g of carbs without having to eat like 20oz of potatoes or 300g of rice. Any suggestions would be appropriated.
Also if you have any cheap food options for anything just post it up, always happy to hear new ideas

Greg doucette anabolic French toast: https://youtu.be/z-p84S56h3U
That shit looks good but I can’t try it just cause of him everything about that guy drives me crazy lol
I don’t know where u shop but aldis is cheap as hell wit quality food
Yeah aldi is cheap, I’ll check there. My only issue is that sometimes random items at Aldi will be weirdly more expensive. It’s rare but it does happen. I’ll check for quality items, thank you
Ya I’ve noticed that too very odd. If ur looking for something to add to ur shake too rawdynamix has amazing carb products there protein is by far the best tasting and the whey blend is under $10 lb
https://www.rawdynamix.com/carbs/
Can’t beat the cost of oatmeal
You and Rusty said the same thing, just gotta figure out flavoring.
I put raspberries or blueberries in mine. The blueberries make it taste like ike blueberry pancakes
I do half a scoop of vanilla whey and then sugar free maple syrup a little and a banana
Oatmeal is solid.. I like me some malt o meal too but more pricey
Add a mashed sweet potato, touch of local raw honey, cinnamon, and top it with some crushed almonds to ur oatmeal....
Molinin302French toast is a winner, but to hit 100g you're looking at a good sized serving. But there's bread options, easy on the syrup, cinnamon if you prefer... food should taste good as well being healthy, it's motivation.
AnonYummmmm
Yes on the bread options.. Crazy Dave's bread is a healthier choice at 23g per slice.. Add whole fruit slices to this meal to balance out carbs
My girl loves to cook French toast, I’ll ask her to teach me to make it. Thank you +1
RustyhookerOatmeal...2 servings...
That right there^^. Use skim milk instead of water gives it a protein shot.
RustyhookerAnd few vits too.
That’s what I’m eyeing up, I just fucking hate oatmeal if I’m being honest. If it comes to it I’ll do it just because results over happiness. Thank you +1
I flavor my oatmeal with banana protein powder
Add in sugar free syrup and it’s enjoyable. I feel you it’s boring as shit otherwise.
That’s a good idea, just have to experiment
Oatmeal with Walden farms sugar free maple syrup, banana blueberries and cinnamon. Sometimes I put in peanut butter
