Its Christmas day, got the wine flowin at 11am.... about to start my yeast dough for a Stromboli that will make ya tongue wanna slap your brains out! My fillings of choice will be pepperoni, canadian bacon, carmelized onions and a buttload of cheese... mozzarella and provolone..... Once you make this from scratch, you will "NEVER" go to the local pizza shop again! Thinking of using Alfredo as a dipping sauce.... Time to get fat..... Merry Christmas fellow eroiders!

hell yea, i eat at least 3 a week
are those hard to make? I love strombolis but Im not much of a cook.
OE2000The dough can be tricky, seems to do better in a warm climate. Just practice bro, you'll lose a few in the beginning.... theres lots of websites with great recipes and techniques .... have fun!
OE2000See, this is what you get when eating processed meat.... "heartburn" ... Not only did I use pepperoni, but I added some salami as well.... was good as hell, but 5 hours later, I'm awake with a bottle of tums and some Rolaids, somebody shoot me!
