Rice pudding!
I love to eat and have a serious sweet tooth. Unfortunately I have to watch it since I am getting older. Teenage me used to drink weight gainer shakes with ice cream, peanut butter, hersheys chocolate, whole milk, and of course weight gainer powder. Nowdays if I eat a bowl of ice cream it is hello diabetes! So naturally I am always looking for ways to satisfy my sweet tooth without messing with my sexy or my health. This is a simple way to achieve the goal. Buy sugar free, fat free Jello pudding. Mix two cups of whatever type of milk you like to use per pudding box. Whisk until thick. Cook any type of rice you prefer. I use Brown so I can eat it more times per day but white is good too. Drain the rice and let it cool for 5 minutes. Fold the rice in with the pudding and refrigerate over night. They have the staples chocolate and vanilla but you can also make my favorites cheesecake and butter scotch. Now you can enjoy something sweet and get your carbs in at the same time!
