+ 3 Meal Prep: Dec 15th-19th
Back again, with another meal prep week. It's getting chilly in Texas, and with that comes some hearty meals.
0400 - Greek Yogurt, with a scoop of protein, and some Kodiak oatmeal mixed in. Make them two days a time, so they have time to blend in and soften. Wash it down with a Bloom Energy Drink on the way to the gym.
0800 - Shake #1, Two Mini bagels with Canadian Style Bacon and Cheddar cheese on the inside. (Heat them up at the office)
1000 - Two shotter of iced espresso, little milk and syrup. (Gotta have it lol)
1200 - Protein Pasta, Ground Turkey (Paleo Seasoning on it), Garlic, Sauce, and some Italian Tomato Bruschetta. Let it all simmer in the pan for a while, til the house smelt great. Topped with Parm!
1500 - Shake #2
Dinner - Light portion of whatever the wifey makes. Last week was a lot of breakfast for dinner (Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Bacon&Egg Tacos, and one night we did Beef Stroganoff!)

I like the Meal Prep posts. There should be more of this
Yeah, I noticed this section was a little dead. So figured I'd start sharing my weekly meals. Was hoping to learn/see what others eat. I think next week I may have to go with your hamburger bowl!
I’m getting involved. I have to travel for work over the next two weeks but I’ll try to start posting some meal prep/ideas with you. Killer idea man
Deal!!
That all looks great! Hamburger bowls tomorrow! I’m taking a 1 day break from the poultry. Don’t tell anybody
Dude that's a great idea! Do you normally leave the lettuce off, and add after you heat it up?
I usually end up eating it cold. I make the rice in the morning each day. I’m burnt out on 3 day old, stale jasmine rice. Making it in the morning is super easy and makes all the difference.
I can dig that. I've had some weeks that I'll make for 2-3 days at a time, just because the textures and all changes.
Shaded your meal with a buddy tonight, he's gonna make it next week too lol!
It was pretty solid. I should have used sugar free ketchup. The ketchup sitting on the ground beef all morning made it taste kinda sweet. But still a solid option. I’ll definitely do it again
Forsure! He said he's gonna make some kind of Big Mac sauce for it.
Dinner tonight, got gifted a box of meat for my birthday! Gonna grill, chop up, and toss over some buttered protein pasta.
