+ 1 Healthier Home Fries

Baked Potato Gets old for me so i tried something new and it worked out pretty good

Just as much a question as it is a recipe....see bottom

1.Dice potatoes of your choice( Ive tried Red and Gold, not sweet yet but tha'ts next!)
2. Boil water, You can do this first
3. Put potatoes in water and bring to boils
4. Boil about 5-7 mins
5 Mean while Preheat oven to BROIL
6. Drain potatoes with strainer
7.Little Oil (I like coconut) pepper and If you want Garlic salt on potatoes in strainer
8. Put potatoes on a oven sheet
9 broil for 15 min or until browned to your preference

FYI if your measuring your food like me 4-6oz potatoes will "Shrink" in the oven so just spilit your potatoes into 4 equal piles to get desired 6oz

IDK if this is the healthier but its deff seems better than frying them in a ton of oil, what do you guys think?

Definitely healthier, they won't absorb anywhere near as much oil as if they were fried. And coconut oil is an absolute perfect choice. Gotta love those MCTs!
