Chicken tacos

So 3 grilled chicken tacos with a teaspoon of peanut butter spread out over each taco. Also a few peanuts crushed up and put over the chicken on each taco. Probably sounds odd but so good.

On the weekend I blended 6 breasts together in my ninja with an egg, whole apple, salt, pepper, parsley, dijon mustard and few other random things in the cupboard. Made into equal size balls and left in the fridge to set. Little bit of coconut oil in the non stick, squish those bad boys and fry them roughly 6 minutes per side. In America I think they’re called chicken patties.

Now that I'm thinking about it I might try the ground turkey you talk about so much.
I wrap them all up up in either spinach or whole wheat wraps, I make a homemade hot sauce its a top secret family recipe, Ill try the peanut butter it sounds interesting , though I'm not a huge fan of Pbutter Ill try anything once.
AnonI eat chicken or turkey tacos with avacado at least 3x week. Cilantro, lime sometimes..amazing. I can eat 4-5 of them at work, big ones I mean, basically burritos..no problem.
Lol yes I eat all of it. Mainly ground turkey on my tacos.
