Anyone snack on Edamame?
ad
I had a bad but enjoyable habit of browsing the computer and snacking. I usually snack on almonds but they are too EASY to OVEREAT IMO I can eat a whole can of blue diamond wasabi almonds in a sitting and thats almost 1000 calories mostly being fat! Maybe for someone on a bulk but for cutting almonds are just too easy to overeat.
The nutrient profile looks pretty solid as well. They don't taste half as bad either.

I love edamame. Low in fat and high in protein. Try sunflower seeds too, the ones with the shell on them. I crack each one open between my teeth one by one, and by the time I get done with a whole bag, it's already been several hours. I also like to eat seaweed if I want to snack on something low-calorie. It's high in sodium and high in iodine though, so don't exceed more than a couple snack-sized packets a day.
I bought them one time by accident, thinking I was buying some wasabi peas. (I eat the peas instead of salty snacks.)
I love edamame, will occasionally eat a whole bowl of them (the pre-shelled type) as a late night snack, sauteed with some garlic. But I have to admit, I could do without the dried ones you linked. Though, love the extra protein from them.
