Why are the last 25 pounds so hard to lose lmao!!!

ad

Well for the past 2 months from mid feb to now I have done two dnp cycle one short 2 week blast at 400 to 800mg and one long month that im still riding out at 250 to 500(different source 2nd time). I started at 260lb after a bulk cycle I did during winter boy did it go very well haha. Well now im 225 at 14 percent body fat and im 6'4. Ive lost a lot of size in my arms damn they taken a beating. My calfs are still big as fuck tho and my thighs which im mad about but shit at least ive kept some size my calfs are 16inchs which is good right lol?? For someone whos 6'4. My bench is still two plates 8 times and squats I can easly do 2 plates. Anyways ive keept a lot of strength other then in my arms my curls went down my but my triceps exercises not so much actually gone up. So Im trying to get to 205 before I start my cycle of test p test e and var. I wanna run dnp two more weeks then jump off get on clen for 2 weeks. Take a week off get blood work done the next week before I start my cycle may 13. So my question is ideally I want to be 205 by the time I start my cycle hopefully 11 or 12 percent body fat. Should I stay with my plan and do how im doing. As long as I keep strength up. Or should I wait till im on cycle to cut the rest of the 25 pounds or so that I have left? My end goal is 230 at 9-10 percent body fat of course this is down the road. So whats everyones take?? Thanks for the help guys. OO and im supplementing with a low dose of t3 while im on this long dnp cycle so yahh haha...

I followed this on my last cycle. It's tough, especially if you have a job that requires more mental exertion than physical. The benefits were drastic. I went from 213 at 17% body fat to 232 at 13%. My lbm increase was a little over 20 pounds.

100g of carbs/high protein and a test only cycle (enanthate). keep it simple.
