I really cut my cals and carbs and trying to lean out quick. Been lifting heavy still and will to hold onto muscle while i cut. Just started doing 30-60 minutes of cardio sometimes hiit sometimes slow pace on the bike after my workouts, and days off i do like 2-3 days of 2 hours of cardio just starting this week.

This is what I have done since January and I have gone from 23% to 18% as of April. I have not used any AAS while cutting.
Started with a 7 week Keto Diet
Then 3 weeks of Carb Cycling of 3 days low and 1 day high
Currently I am following this and cycling between 100 carbs and 300 carbs.

Basically I measure my waist daily and weight and once I plateau I adjust carbs. So far this has worked for me based on using the same way of measuring my BF and taking weekly pictures. According to the calculations I have lost 17lbs and only 1lb of lean with no strength decrease.
Good luck OP and their are a bunch of people on here that can give you specific details.
What is your height and weight and cycling currently or anything?

Currently 300g pro / 100g carbs / 75g fats 6 days a week 1 day I increase carbs by 200 but still eat all of them before 2pm.
It has allowed me to maintain muscle while dropping the fat. I am prepping for a cycle. Everything I eat is clean and measured.
waltri would recommend looking up a TDEE calculator and figuring out what your basal metabolic rate is (BMR) based on your activity level. This will give you a baseline for how many calories you need to eat per day to maintain your current weight. From my experience when cutting, simply subtract 500 calories from this and you should lose approximately an pound a week.
