Prami and prolactin

I'm currently just running TRT but for the last couple years I've gotten puffy nipples, no lumps that when I squeeze them very tiny little beads come out of clear liquid and the puffyness goes Away shortly. Also when I'm cold they aren't puffy. I've tried AI and ran arimidex and nothing has worked since I believe it's prolactin no estro related. I want to get ahold of prami since that's the go to for many people and prolactin issues but it seems that it's impossible to find! No one carries it besides peptide sources which I don't want to truly go through! If anyone could provide insight and a source it would be appreciated! It seems many don't like caber

Fuck prami its literally a hangover in a bottle.....at least thats how it makes you feel...get blood work then if needed cabers your best option

be very careful with prami .. im going to post my experience soon .
.25 mg dont think you can handle .5mg day 1-5 you probably cant if its real.

Do not take a dopamine agonist without bloodwork showing that you have highly elevated prolactin. These drugs have serious side effects, the slight nausea from prami is the least of your concerns.

thank you bro

What are you running with your trt to make you think you have prolactin issues? You haven't mentioned any 19 nors.

I have had puffy issues for years but when I ran tren at a low dose finishing up a cycle 2 years ago that's when I started and Idk if it's still cause that but ever since, I squeeze abd milky comes out lol

Cabor and prami both work prami makes me feel like I drank a quart of moonshine and hang over the next morning don't go messing around with your horomones just yet get bloods see what is wrong then go from there

cougars509's picture

Will do! But anything you do and everyone on these boards messes with their hormones, that's what taking testosterone is, also we all run AI while on cycle and pct after, all strong hormonal affects, just saying ;) but you're right brother and very smart I'm going to listen to you all and just talk with my dr and be healthy about it and finding the actual problem not guessing! You guys are all the best and appreciate all the advice and help!

I know we all mess with our horomones what I mean is that you have an issue and instead of throwing darts in the dark get bloodwork to see what it actually is then fix it bloodwork is king my friend !!! Bit finding the right doc is I'm on my fifth one they know there shit

cougars509's picture

Hahaha I've had two retire on me already!!! Ahhh it's difficult finding one that knows trt and men's health as a specialty! That isn't old fashion and anti hormone replacement

Like Tony said below.....Get a test. Depending on where you are you can get a prolactin test for 40 bucks and have it done within an hour. Results 2 days later. Much better than just dosing.

What if your prolactin is fine and you take prami or caber without knowing? The end result.....very low prolactin which comes with limp dick, no sex drive and usually anorgasmia, (Inability to ejaculate).
Fatigue and a whole host of issues that also mimics high estrogen as well.

Get the blood test!

On another note you are awfully young to be on TRT. What's up with that?

cougars509's picture

Also wouldn't squeezing my nips and having prolactin slowly milking out my puffy nips be a tell all? But yes I have to go to my dr in a week for bloods so I'll ask!!!

cougars509's picture

Ya I know I'm young not my choice...my dad had low t when he was younger I was told.
Growing up I had very poor nutrition and suffered from depression from a young age which idk if possible but could be a factor, as well as hereditary. I was sleeping hours and hours a day, always tired, no sex drive, always fatigued, always sick, couldn't workout and couldn't gain any weight, was a walking stick at 6'5 140. Finally went and started seeing my doctor and had my bloods tested and like I said I was at 231 overall free test and so that's when I started and ever since it has helped amazingly

juiceball8082's picture

You self prescribing trt?

cougars509's picture

No I'm not, not part of my question, but I've been on doc script trt for 2 years almost since low t runs in the fam and I was having a lot of issues. When I had my initial bloods I have a level of 231/total test, now my test with 100 cyp weekly is at 1023

juiceball8082's picture

Your doc should be able to further access you. If he's a doc that don't believe in ai's find another. You are responding real well to 100 a week. Nice!

Thanks brother love appreciate all the feedback Smile

Anytime homie! Good luck!

My advice would be get blood work first of all instead of guessing whats going on.......

Prami has some horrible side effects. Use cyber instead. You'll thank me if your bloodwork proves your issues stem from prolactin.

cougars509's picture

Really? Have you used caber for prolactin or had any issues? What did it do for you? Have you ran prami? It's seems to me until now that people seem to say caber is hArsher and has more sides? But I'm all for advice on what you think!

tonytulo's picture

Used them both and prami is horrible. I can handle a lot of sides but prami over did it. I had no sides with caber and I use pharma only. I would get blood work to show if your prolactin is indeed high to begin with, then go from there.

cougars509's picture

What issues were you having that caber helped with and did you get any sides??? Thanks so much for the help!
