Looking for tips
ad
Anybody here made the transition from fat to aesthetic? I got the basics down and shed more than 50kg during the last 6 monrhs, but the last kgs are a real pain in the ass.
I do a PPLPPLx routine, LISS EoD 30 min, HIIT after lifting 20-30 min. Diet is PSMF at ~ 1000 kcal a day.
I need some tips. I'm ready to even take a dangerous route, cause I'm totally annoyed by my body right now. If you don't want to share your tips publicly, pm me.

Great progress so far man! Keep up the hard work because no one can say you haven't been working hard.
With dieting that long and that hard though I would definitely recommend a reverse diet over 6-10 weeks. The reasoning being eating only 1000 cal a day and doing that much cardio, your metabolism is definitely depressed and not functioning properly which is why you can't lose those last pounds.
I would say try adding 75-125 calories per week and slowly start cutting out the cardio (maybe 1 session per week) and give your body a chance to catch back up to the energy you are putting out.
I feel and know that during this time you will feel better, and maybe even start to look better too, but you definitely won't look worse. The goal of this period is to keep you weight stable too, so don't worry about putting on fat that you just worked so hard to take off. The harder you focus on being exact with the increases, the more likely you will retain what you've worked on.
Hope this helps!
Losing weight is the hardest thing of all. But these supplements help us to make weight loss easy. One of my friends was suffering with obesity and she was really worried about her weight. She tried hard losing her weight by exercising regularly, maintain a proper healthy diet. But it became hard for her to lose weight. One day she was surfing on the Internet she came across this website http://www.nuez-dela-india.com/supplement/ where she got an amazing weight loss supplement she ordered it and the results were amazing. Now she is very happy with her toned body.
50 kgs over 6 months?!
My man, my man!
Wait, there's no need to go down any 'dangerous route' as you've mentioned. I'm sure that you've realized that it's a slow process and need to give it time.

dropdzzNot impossible at all!I lost seventy pounds in the first two months of cardio and diet.Granted I was as fat as the people on biggest looser but have come down from 370 to 225.I must admit that now loosing is very difficult!
dropdzzI too have lost around that amount,160 lbs in two years and now am trying to gain but I have a lot of loose skin.I'm afraid its either hgh or the knife.I look great except my waist.Just too much skin and it makes me look out of shape but I am in the best shape of my life.I feel your pain but I refuse to have surgery to tighten up so I'm not sure there is another option!
Brother...you gotta tell us where you started from because 50kg's is impressive as shit! Also, the fact that you're "annoyed" at your current body weight says one of two things...either you were VERY large and have achieved an amazing feat, or, you were "large," and have now lost a lot of weight and probably look great but you have that body dysmorphia shit and think you are fat even if you look like a number 2 pencil
Help us to help you...more info
Pic would be good to see.
