Hey brother ! Welcome
I’ve personally been on this for over 5 yrs and these are all good people that will guide you through the right direction . They all have posts charging their knowledge on diet approach and different workouts ! It’s definitely a good place to learn and explore into this sport that we all love

Back to what you posted ! My favorite way to approach this is by carb cycling ! You can do med / low / low / high it’s the best way to keep your body as a state to keep burning body fat . Do cardio stair master for 30 or even the treadmill with the highest incline and speed at 2.5 - 3
Add a cheat meal whenever needed ! According to your progress ! Make sure you make it a beneficial meal like a steak meal , burger or my go to lately has been blaze / piology to where I get that healthy crust light cheese and load it up with veggies and protein haha I make sure to schedule these meals around your weak body parts or it’s always good to blast legs since it’s what also burns the most calories during a workout .

As far as workouts go my personal fav has been 5 workouts 2 being heavy compound movements and then the next 3 isolating specific angles . 3 good 12-15 reps then I tend to do my last two sets with a drop set but I sometimes also add 5 more reps with someone pushing down on the movements while I fight that force and control the weight on the way down .

This is just a quick summary of what I like but I’m sure these vets will share their thought and guide you to the right direction . Think of eroids as an amazing bodybuilding library . Just typing things on the search bar (like on google) and all posts will show up to what you’re trying to learn ! Don’t take this tool for granted ! Wish you luck bro
