INTERMITTENT FASTING

ad

I have been doing much research on fat loss natural and unatural. A paleo diet with intermittent fasting appears to be the magic bullet if your hitting that wall. Any thoughts on this?

I sortof feel intermittent fasting, is just another gimmick, but before you write it off as such, I think it has it's uses. I believe it's a way to trick you into taking in much less calories, because most people I see eating this way don't eat much, since they only eat 6 hours out of the day.

So I guess it's a way to manipulate your diet to eat less, which would make you lose more.

Don't take this as fact just my thoughts, please tell me or prove me wrong.

It really varies person to person. Fasting does nothing for me, carbs are my enemy. You just have to find what works for you.

I think that losing fat is a very subjective process, obviously caloric deficit comes first. Luckily there are many schools of thought on the best diet/training/cardio methods to achieve what you want. Id initially eat an identical diet with smaller portions until that stalls for you. Then start paleo/IF/carb cycling etc.

What are you doing now diet wise? I would try a lot of different things before I did that. Carb cycling Keto more cardio etc.
