Cutting has stopped - what now ?
ad
Hi guys!
I started reduction in January, I lost 9 kilos in 2 months with diet only, and now everything stopped.
I've changed my diet now and I'm eating less than 100g of carbs daily, I'm working with weights and doind 30min cardio ed.
I've started aas cycle two weeks ago - test mix (50mg prop, 125mg enan) e2d, 4iu gh and 12,5mg exemestane/ed
My weight has increased, and I'm not worried about it, but I'm not seeing BF difference in mirror... My test level has grown up, so I know that there is little water in cells.
I'm now thinking about adding T3 or clen+yohimbine. What would you suggest ? T3 would be good with gh, but I'm not sure if it's not too risky ?

You basically need to carb re-feed or carb cycle my friend! Make sure your tracking your macros and just start out by every week doing one re-feed day. A re-feed is more a controlled method compared to a cheat meal which is just a one day binge with no tracking. It would be much wiser to track your macros still but just increase your carb intake to double but still keep them relatively clean. If you want to do the cheat meal way to then go ahead but probably less effective and less healthy but will definatly be much more of a stress relief on your cravings. When you cheat you get all kinds of bad fats and shit but on a refeed day you will just up your carbs to trick your body into getting leptin levels back to normal which is believed to be one of the main reasons as to weight loss problems due to metabolic adaption. So if your on 100 carbs a day at the moment try doing a once a week refeed of 250 grams of carbs and see how your body reacts. Carb cycling and refeeds is more of an art then a science and will require you to monitor how you react. Some people do twice a week refeeds or once a week refeeds with varying amounts of carbs. The lower bodyfat percentage you get the more necessary refeeds become. Some people might need really low carb days with like 50grams followed by high days of 400grams. Like i said just start out by doubling it and being around maintenance level of calories or little above.
Sorry for my bad grammar lol
You need to shock your metabolism. When dieting for months on end your body will go into what I call "starvation mode" in an attempt to save the remaining fat. Your body is trying to save that fat because it sees it as being essential to survive so it doesn't want to lose it. Trick your body into thinking that you are not "starving" by incorporating a cheat meal or cheat day into your diet plan. At least once every couple of weeks go out and eat what you want. Want some pizza eat it. Want a piece of chocolate cake, eat it. It may sound counterintuitive to dieting, but by doing this your body will think "i have plenty of calories, I don't need to be sparing all of this fat." I now it works because I have done it. I have been in your exact same position, wondering why I can't seem to lose anymore fat. As soon as I tried this, boom - my body went back into fat burning mode.
The other problem I ran into when trying to cut fat was since I was trying to lose fat I thought I should stop eating all fat. Big mistake. If you are not eating enough fat your body will once again try to save the fat it has. My diet at one point consisted of less than 5% of my total macros from fat and my fat loss was at a standstill. I upped my total caloric intake from fat up to 20% and boom - fat started melting off again. Nothing else changed, total overall calories were the same, cardio/workouts the same, so I know it was increasing the fats in my diet that helped me to lose fat.
EDIT: Stay away from T3!!
BetterOnTopYour on the right track but by providing junk calories without tracking where calories are at or have been this method could be counterproductive simply because hes guessing his energy intake vs output and he could end up storing those extra calories. Yes when the body is in a caloric defecit for a prolonged period of time survival instincts kick in dropping your metabolism, but this does not mean you will stop losing weight. Losing fat "energy" is all about burning more energy than you consume. There is no such thing as starvation mode or fat burning mode. Thats dependent on what you consume vs what you burn. Best thing this guy can do is start counting his calories and monitor how his body responds to his training and caloric intake. If he stops losing fat than he either needs to up his energy output or decrease his energy intake. As you stated he needs to reassure his body he isnt struggling to find food atleast once every 4 days by upping your calories 100-200 above your normal caloric intake to ensure your body doesnt drop your metabolism.
Thanks brother!
Tomorrow have some route in plans, so probably my diet plan will be ruin. But it's good for my head and my mood.
I know all this things, and you're right. I forgot that body is a clever motherfucker, and can stop loosing fat, when its too low.
I got back from work and ate a whole bucket of kentucky chickens with fries
I'm eating around 80g of fats, and my weight is 97kilos now, so it's too small i think
Post up entire cycle....im not a fan of clen or t3...
Its been two weeks it will come...i wouldnt play with t3 if you dont have too, its a toy that has reprecussions...keep the diet going and see your progress in a month.
Hey bro,
My cycle is simple.
1-8 1ml Test Mix eod (50prop+125enan/ml)
6-10 winny 30mg/ed
8-10 test prop 100mg/ed
During all cycle :
4iu GH/ed
12,5mg Exemestane/ed
And that's it ;)
