Caloric Deficit while eating 4 clean meals a day
ad
I’ve done keto and intermittent fast as well as keto and intermittent together. Now I’m doing caloric deficit dieting and I’m getting the best results. I’m feeling better than ever while eating enough food to not be hungry. The Vertical Diet.

I've used this diet before and I like it. I got good results from it while mood was ok. Keto is rough.
Iron_Bound1I was a keto fan but I have to admit I think I got caught up in the hype.
Iron_Bound1Here it is guys. Go get It ! Sorry this was the only way I could think of in order for you all to see it now.

Iron_Bound1Can someone give me an email address that I can send it to you for you to post for me. I’m at work and it’s extremely high IT security and it blocks my upload to gifyu. If not I can do it tonight from home
What are the meals?
Iron_Bound1Sam check the link I posted
Iron_Bound1I will post in a few minutes
RustyhookerIve never done well on keto diets. No energy. I keep complex carbs below 100g before 1pm. Added in ton of cruciferous veggies and energy stayed up nicely. Everyone reacts differently to food combos and thats where food is always thff e big challenge. I run protein over 250g a day as well.
Makwas forums are helpful. And differences in aerobic and anerobic cardio is key imo.
First 10 days are hell, but once that passes...smooth sailing
Agree with the aerobic and anaerobic ... when u have that balance of diet and a good combo.... and how ur body responds.... Man U can do great things...
Iron_Bound1Rusty keto and intermittent worked but eventually slow down and mood sucks but with this diet my mood has never been better. That’s what I like most.
RustyhookerWould be cool to see a big breakdown. Added energy ideas on a cut are great!
Google Stan Efferding Vertical diet. I’ve recently incorporated a lot of his principals into my diet, and I’m really digging it.
Long story short, it’s eat things high in nutritional value and easy to digest. Which essentially translates to eat rice and beef almost every meal, with some easily digestible veggies (unfortunately broccoli doesn’t make the cut).
I’ve switched most of my carb intake to rice and my protein to about 50% red meat instead of the 20-25% it was, but I’m not strict with it. People that are tend to do really well.
Best part is you can use it for gaining or cutting.
One of these days I’m gonna go all in, but I’m having a hard time letting go of the broccoli and chicken... especially when Purdue boneless skinless are buy one get one at the grocery store... I can’t NOT buy $250 worth... it would be rude. Someone put a lot of work into that sale and I can’t let it go unnoticed! Lol
beef is "easy to digest"?
No harder to digest than other meats and more nutrient dense. According to Efferding. I trust his research tho. Dude is super smart
Iron_Bound1That’s what I’m doing. My brother bought the vertical for me to try out. It’s excellent. I’m going to post it today. So you guys can have it for free.
Ur the man. I’ll keep an eye out thanks!
