I cannot get over this weight. I do have digestion problems, so eating a ton is not totally an option for me as it makes me sick....
Can you all please help critique my diet and tell me why I am having such a hard time.
Currently I am running...
Test E 500mg weekly
Test P 100mg EOD
Tren E 300mg weekly
6:30am
Fiber one Cereal (20g protein, 40g carbs)-- Don't know fat content off top of head, Im sure its low.
9:30am
Weight Gainer Shake (54 g protien, 71g carbs)---- Don't know fat content of this either.
Apple
12:00pm
8oz chicken breast
Sweet potato
2:30
8oz chicken breast
Cup brown rice
5:00pm
Banana
6:45- GYM
8:00pm
Protien Shake (40g protien, 4g Carbs)
9:00pm
Cup of Chobani with 1/4 cup almonds.
I have about 2 cheat meals a week, where I really don't even cheat that bad.
I also get that my diet is not the greatest for someone that wants to gain weight, but like I said, I cant freking eat like that, I get sick.
Any suggestions, or am I pretty much royally screwed due to my digestion problems?
Also, this is week 5 of test e, although only week 3 of test p and tren e. And that is because I received the test E first, and plan to run it longer than the tren obviously. I am not getting much stronger. My muscles feel more filled out although not much in terms of strength gains. Do you think my lack of calories has more to do with that than anything?

your headed down a road of problems brother if you don't start eating some greens. you have no vegetables what so ever in your diet.
SPINACH
I don't know what kind of digestive problems you have but have you ever tried building up slowly? Meaning week by week you slowly build up your calories. Maybe that will help you not get sick,
I have IBS-C, nothing serious, although I am on a new medication and it makes my mornings (until about 12) extremely difficult. Sometimes when I drink water I get full. Other than the lack of calories, is there anything in my diet you would say that could use some tweaking?
The 5 o clock meal should be a full one if you can stomach it. After 2:30, you literally have a banana, a shake, and yogurt. You really need atleast one full meal in there somewhere, if not two full meals.
Making shakes are great for helping add some weight.
I like to use yogurt, strawberries, milk, blueberries, peaches, and a scoop of ice cream, applesauce, pineapple, and blend it up.
250g carbs, 10g fat, 20g protein!!
I drink that while eating a huge meal and the shake is like 500-1k calories depending on how much stuff you use
