Need a double check for Diet
Just started my 1st cycle last week. Test e 500mg/week. I've been researching for a solid year, but I still want to post a sample of my diet to make sure I'm doing it right. I'm honestly not going to count calories, I know I probably should, but just please accept that for now, it's not going to happen.

My main concern is whether this is enough food. I want to ensure that I maximize my gains without going overboard on calories.
I read some places that guys eat 7000 + calories a day on cycle. Is that just for hardgainers? Which I am definitely not.
Whats your goal?
Pretty solid as long as you can stand the same flavors over and over again. I'd make your last meal with steak to get a bit more fat in.
Goal is lean mass.
That was just an example of my daily diet, it does vary a bit, but pretty much that idea.
Because I never seem to get sick of chicken, that remains pretty constant for 2 meals a day.
I usually do Pork chops, Encrusted Fish, or steak for meal 6. I can try to switch to more steak to keep the fat content higher.
Looks good to me. Congrats on not going overboard on the over marketed, high priced supplements. post workout shake is all you really need. Or a shake in a meal pinch, and some nice Multi V's
For lean meats, look into all the awesome Mrs. Dash sodium free flavors. They save my sanity all the time.
Haha, I'm good and stocked up on Mrs. Dash.
