my weight gain meal- Thoughts and advice.

Ok whatsup dudes, im building my nutrition plan and wanted to share it and get some thoughts and advice.
My budget dosent matter, But im trying to gain weight so im eating low far high carb high protein.
I work in a fast paced environment and do lots of lifting.
I will be eating 6 meals in the day and around 4-5k callories.

Meal 1:
1 cup mung beans
4 soft boiled eggs
2 slices whole wheat grain bread

Meal 2:
6oz brocoli sprouts
6oz 95% ground beef
sweet potato
1/2cup pistachios

Meal 3;
1 red plum
12 pieces large walnuts
large banana
clif builder bar

Meal 4:
300g organic bean sprouts mix
4oz yellowfin tuna

Meal 5:
Whole grain thin sphagetti
Bonless skinless chicken breast slices
shiitake mushroom
seasame oil
universal hi protein bar

Meal 6:

DINNNNNER

3570 - calories / 327 - carbs / 121 - fat / 290 - protein / 2286 - sodium / 101 - sugar

This meal plan can change if you guys think there might be some better alternatives.
Dinner is blank Since it will be prepared once i get home from the gym.

I did not include casein my bcaa's or my multivitamins.
But this is about it.

Let me know what you guys think.

Honestly, I think your protein estimate is a little high. I don;t see how your getting 290 from that diet. If money isn't really an issue like you said then I would drop the protein bars and replace them with either solid food protein, or shakes. Too much sugar in those. Up your protein per meal a bit too. 4 oz of tuna and 4 eggs is not much. Up the tuna to 6 ounce and the eggs i would do a protein shake with as well

Looks pretty solid and thanks for posting the daily nutritional values.. watch the excess sugar in the protien bars.. i'd like to see the sugar intake cut in half but that's just me. Protien intake is solid bro. Let us know your results and good luck!
