Note sure where to post this just wondering were my body fat might be from the pic. I got some scale that said 25% and I think bullshit, Im pretty cut besides lower stomach. Know Im not single digits but definitley below 20 and prob 15.

My guess looking at the pic 13-14%
The best way to check body fat is to go to the kinesiology department at a university (Even if you are not attending). And ask to have your BF measured, most time I get it done for free, But I have herd of people being charged.
