1st cycle prep : diet!!!

ad

Hi,
I'm about to start a cycle in the few months, well pending I can get my nutrition sorted, I only weigh 62kg and have worked out my nutritional needs for bulking, even though while on cycle I would most likely have to give them a nudge higher. My problem is at the minute I'm struggling a little and this is later in the evening after all I have eaten through the day to keep my eating going I hit a lull and can't seem to finish the day well. I know I am probably going to be slated for this and the 'keep eating till your guna puke' is going to pop up but are there any tips for maintaining my eating throuout the whole day? Oh yeah I'm trying to not get most of my nutrients from shakes and trying to keep them mainly pre and post workout as to get all the stuff I need in my body as REAL food, new to this don't be too harsh,
More info needed just ask
D

If you consider yourself a hardgainer and need to eat more to grow, this may help some.

For sure get your nutrition down solid before running gear! It will take awhile to adjust to eating all the food that is required so take it slow...try to up cals gradually every two weeks by 200 or so...a small protein bar is 200 cals with good macro splits on protein n carbs so try n b creative on what u eat...a protein bar a banana add some oats to a shake ..before u know it u will be able to consume 3500 -4000 clean cals a day. Look into cycle bulking (plenty of info on this here) I'll try n attach a link if I can figure out how lol..4 wk bulk eating 1wk cut can help with that bloated all the time feeling and will boost your system to absorb the nutrients better...in a nutshell learn to eat properly get plenty of rest lift hard and add some weight / mass! Nutrition is what adds the weight and mass..gear is there to enhance your diet! Good luck bro! ...

If I was to do that and eat all my meals a day It would come out to about 4600 calories. You think it would still be good to half that but still 2 a day and eat all 6 of my meals a day with. It would but me at about 3000-3500 calories a day.

U could try. After u eat/drink one...u will be hungry for another one in about an hour and a half...lol!!

Bro get food however you can get it in. If that means shakes to up the caloric intake then that's what you do. My shake is 1200ish calories.
Another thing is you need to train yourself to eat all the time. To eat every 2-3 hours doesn't just happen overnight bro. It takes patience and practice n time. It's hard to eat 7 times a day. Folks don't realize that's a lot of fucking cooking and a lot of fucking money. it takes a lot more discipline than a majority of the population is will go put into it. Then add in that physically it can be a bit repulsive in the beginning how much food you're consuming. It's not an easy chore is basically what it boils down to bro. Don't feel bad. This shit is hard.
You mentioned you want real food. So that's actually a good thing. It means you're willing to put extra thought and effort into this. If you can put 5 real food meals of 600 calories each in your belly with two big shakes a day that's 5k+ calories.

Not sure running gear is for you at that weight but you can see my point you can add a lot naturally before ever running gear.

Yeah it's not too bad a work I get a break every 3 hours so they are my meals, I'm guna add a shake or two to get those cals up as I seem to struggle later in the day. also thinking of delaying my cycle to see how I get on with the improved diet
Cheers
Dave
