+ 10 1.5 years transformation

ad

I still have no legs, maybe one day.

2gymrat's picture

Very nice progress there. Your username is so fitting. Imagine what your physique would look like in another 1.5 years bro. Legs should always be number one priority, your upper body will just grow from doing intense squats alone. Keep it going!

Fantastic progress! Keep eating!

Nice work, brother!

You’re tall, so filling out the frame naturally takes a bit more time and consistency, regardless of whether someone leans more meso/endo/ecto. But you’re clearly doing things right.

Keep your mind on the goal, not the barriers … those get crushed along the way. You’re on a solid path.

Keep pushing… let’s get huge, bro.

Or die trying. lol

Hey sorry I kinda pushed back at you, I felt a little shit on. Yeah youre right I have taken an excessive amount and 400mg is a lot of tren, although im only on 600mg combined injectable and im pulsing adrol. I dont respond to gear that well. I was 130 pounds at 6ft when I started lifting, 155lbs when I started gear. Ive put on a solid 20lbs on gear, I think it would have been more like 30lbs if it weren't for a broken hand, a divorce and other life stuff that knocked me off course for stretches of time over the past year.
But youre just looking out for my health so thanks dude. I know im taking risks, and I acknowledge and accept them.
God bless, stay safe and I'll see ya around

Petecastiglione's picture

Mate you can’t be saying this shit with 0 pics of yourself posted. I agree with him using less gear but it’s his choice

I’ve made my mistakes too, and listen that’s up to you to say what you’d like to see. I don’t even disagree. I just think showing some credibility would be a plus

I agree. Tren is unnecessary especially if the goal is size alone. I had gyno myself (got the surgery) years back. I did everything the way I thought it should be done, used pharma ai everything and still got it cuz tren (and I think Anadrol) I think I got by another direct mechanism that wasn’t e2 related. Then I dragged and crashed caber and also felt like utter shit from that for a little

6'+ putting on size is tricky. I know the pains. Good job

press1's picture

Admittedly mate some of his first posts weren't great - but he is getting better and learning/listening now.

press1's picture

I appreciate what you are saying about his steroid use and what he wants to run, it is over the top and he shouldn't be running those compounds or amounts. I see that as something for him to make his mind up on because us giving him a hard time over it isn't going to change what he is going to ultimately do. He's been on here a while and knows whats sensible and what isn't. I'm also not going to be negative towards him, and instead try and help on the basic things that he isn't likely to be doing - its more productive to be positive and helpful with him than just be a cunt.

Were all retarded until we learn better

Your Base build is very Ectomorphic like me mate - the main thing that will put weight on you is concentrating on what you eat in your diet buddy. I cannot stress this enough, but most of the things you read concerning gaining fat, diet plans and foods people eat are written by and aimed at guys who are endomorphic, mesomorphic and a combination of the 2 builds. These people have much slower metabolisms which means they require less carbs and fats and can concentrate on just consuming protein sources and rice and still gain weight and remain big. We need to hammer simple carbs constantly like White potatoes, white bread and pasta etc.

Simple sugars like Dextrose/glucose powder are also your friend and will put weight on you easily when put into drinks - I constantly do this. Our metabolism is simply so fast compared to others in that once we burn through a carb storage, our bodies then quickly move onto your limited muscle stores and destroy that too - so keeping a constant intake of fast, easily digested carbs is vital every few hours. Each meal have one of these carb sources alongside a protein source such as chicken or fish, cheese as an accompaniment also helps you gain weight as its a leucine rich protein, carb and fat source. Go heavy on sauces with food too like mayonnaise, creams etc. Other guys eating all these foods would get fat quick, but always remember its much harder for us to do that. You may already eat all these things, but with all that you can read in the forums regarding diet you have to remind yourself its different rules for us.

Scrawny-to-not's picture

Solid thoughts brotha, ive always struggled to eat enough carbs. Oatmeal in smoothies is as close to dextrose as ive gotten, maybe its time to give it a go
Any go to recipes or hacks that make it easier to get down the carbs?

press1's picture

Dextrose powder SHIT'S all over oatmeal mate - oatmeal is a slow digesting carb source which is nowhere near as effective for us, it takes the body time for us to break it down which is fine if you have a medium to slow metabolism, but we don't - ours is like a furnace!! Put dextrose in fruit juices and cordials in the day, then use it in protein shakes and EAA's etc. Each meal just needs to be a basic combination of the things I have mentioned there.

Khandum's picture

Funny it’s like that for y’all, it’s the complete opposite for me. I shovel down to many simple carbs on a daily basis, and I’ll turn into fat bastard. I have to have my macros perfect with every meal. Literally weigh out every grain of rice. You know the +300 calorie, -300 calorie guys? Unfortunately that’s how I need to eat, or my progress will really stall in either direction with strength loss, or to much fat gain to fast.

press1's picture

Yep its difficult for either of us to understand just what it feels like to live in each others body, I'd love to have the genetics to be able to bulk to 240/250 no problems - can't even imagine it. Ecto's basically live on the constant verge of going catabolic especially if you are in an energetic or labourus job all day long. Our body and nervous systems burn out fast in the gym too and we can soon feel like shit if we over train - you guys on the other hand can perform 20 sets per body part and still gain strength and size, that stuff just doesn't work for us. We have shitty little appetites too with smaller stomachs so meal sizes have to be smaller and more frequent, which if you can only really eat every 5 hours whilst at work it makes it extremely tough to gain proper weight. I literally changed my job so I could eat more often during the day LOL

Khandum's picture

What sucks though is if guys like me don’t take any GLP’s, then we are constantly fighting food demons in our heads all the time. Literally will day dream of food day and night, this persists indefinitely on either a cut or a bulk. It is horrible when your like 16-20 weeks deep into a cut to, your constantly edging over food counting the hours down between all your meals. It got so bad after my last cut, that after I hit my weight goal. I instantly turned into a vacuum, and dirty bulked for 3 months. I went from 180 to 225 in that quick of a timeframe. I did generate some muscle tissue for sure, and got really fucking strong, but damn if I could just control myself more, I could have extended it for another few months. I’m now on GLP’s and holy fuck, I’m like a new man, my brain is so quiet now. I’m not constantly thinking about food no more. This cut I’m in now has been cake walk so far.

press1's picture

Ya see mate I would LOVE to feel like that, being able to eat all the time. If I were you with your ability to eat loads and obv can hold a lot of weight if you once managed to get to 300lb's - I would concentrate on becoming strong as absolute fuck and huge. Set yourself some mega lifting goals in bench and deadlifts and try and attain them. You can get some cardio in to keep you fit and keep on top of body fat levels and reap the rewards!! My limiting factor is getting in enough protein and food, but you won't have that issue so really could get to a great level if you wanted to. Honestly pal, those GLP's are my worst nightmare!!! Having ZERO appetite would be hell for me LOL

Looking good bro, nice gains in that years time!

Scrawny-to-not's picture

Thanks dude! Definitely a learning experience, and not a linear one either. Blew up, life happened, shrunk down, got it together again and pushed further.
One things for sure though, I'm a lifter for life now.

Khandum's picture

Yeah same with me bro, I was skinny then really fucking fat, like over 300lbs fat, then i leaned back down to 170. I built a good bit of muscle in that time as well. I've been lifting now for over 3 years at this point, and i cant imagine seeing myself quitting ever. Lifting has been my saving grace within life it's self. Before the gym, I was anxious and fat, depressed with zero self love or ambitions. It's like lifting really pulled the restrictors on my brain off, and i feel more free in everyday life. I am glad you are having fun, keep on growing brother man, and don't ever stop until you fucking die!

press1's picture

Lifting works Brilliant on Anxiety when you train especially if you enjoy heavy lifting, it burns away all the anxiety and build up nervous energy that can destroy your mind and inhibit you. I remember back when I was a kid about 12 years old and I bought a concrete 30kg weight set lol First time I ever used it in the lounge I got the BEST feeling ever from it during and afterwards. An indescribable feeling that made me feel so different and happy. I hate the periods when I am ill for weeks on end and all that anxiety can come back if you don't keep yourself active in other ways, which the weights normally take care of.

Khandum's picture

Yeah that’s the worst, getting sick or injured sucks ass. I fucking hate it so much, I’m currently going through that right now. All I think about is getting back under a bar and pressing it, or curling some dumbbells and just getting a pump. It’s been a few weeks now since I’ve been able to do that. I’m gonna be super fucking PUMPED up though when I can step foot back into a gym though. That’s gonna be a natural high that will carry me for months.
