Pre work outs are useless garbage in my opinion, creatine is highly beneficial though. I love it and have taken it for years. Took a break due to basic training and AIT but I got right back on as soon as I could.
Creatine - bronxsport.com I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

Anonjust a few facts: creatine is, ultimately, the substance that the mytochondria in our muscles makes ATP from. the concept behind creatine supplementation is to increase stores so that more is available to the muscles' cells when needed. consequently, when it is stored, a lot of water is stored along with it. people that are unaware of this fact easily misinterpret their weight increase as lean body mass when in fact it's mostly water.
if you weren't running gear, creatine could be a good thing depending on your goals. but, with proper diet and exercise routines, creatine is really out weighed imo. maybe as part of a prework out sup, as long as it's not taken when the muscles won't need the extra creatine. that way you don't start retaining water.
for me, my prework out is caffein and jack3d. works like a charm
Well since im not on gear and im trying to bulk up, maybe creatine isnt so bad for MY situation at all?
I think for pre workout supp ima go with jacked,, everybody talks abt that crap that its pretty good.
Anonit that case, an hour or so prior to your workout (depending on the sup you go with), a creatine sup could benefit you. if you can give the muscle more available energy substrates during the workout, you can enhance your performance. if you have enhance your performance this way, you can train harder. if you train harder, you can cause more tissue damage. more tissue damage = increased muscle size and strength.
i like to take a sports nutritional approach. a good meal consisting of complex carbs 3 hours prior to your workout will help improve energy levels at the onset of your workout. the timeframe allows for complete digestion prior to your training session. during digestion, blood flow is basically routed to the digestive system to aide the process. when this occurs, blood flow is reduced in all other areas. therefore, it's important for digestion to be complete prior to your workout; since the body always has the same amount of blood volume, it can't support the digestive system and working muscles optimally. 3 hours for preworkout meals is plenty; just be sure to focus on quality. this will improve energy levels by having cirulating nutrients when they are needed.
preworkout supplements like jack3d are vasodilators - they cause blood vessels to expand, thereby increasing blood flow where it's needed. if you increase blood flow to the working muscles, you not only make the cirulating nutrients more accessible to the muscles, but you also allow for waste byproducts like lactic acid to be removed more efficiently. i just switched from NO Xplode to jack3d, and i like it better; got a tolerance for NO quickly.

Good info brotha! +1
AnonRight on bro. Thanks. Just trying help.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalinkyou have to be carefull of preworkout when your on gear. pre-workout can sontrobute to high bp an higher heart rate. On cycle look for stimulant free preworkout. I have heard that some work and give you good energy
Im Not on gear. All my buds take jacked or NOxplode,,, i only tried Neurocore for a couple of days and it wasnt that bad it gave me good energy,,, but would like to know wat u guys reccomend.
I guess thw creatine is out of the quetion huh? Lol
get some black powder by mri. Imo it is the best pre-workou, best I have ever tken and i get the best pumps from it
IMO, pre-workouts are very beneficial. I I work early mornings till the afternoon, then go to school till around 5. So by time I get dinner down and get around to working out, it's somewhat late and I'm TIRED. I use Muscle Pharm pre-workout. But you gotta learn how to use it. If I drink too late, no sleep for me. Which in this game, is no bueno. So all in all you've gotta analyze your situation, weigh the pros and cons, and do what you thinks right. My overall view on pre-workout is positive.
And creatine, I've taken it once. Had noticeable gains, but nothing massive. Not worth it, IMO. but like I said, analyze your situation and see what suits you best. I'm no pro by any means.
56tooMy favorite pre-w/o supp? TNE or TNE blast!!!!
Thats prolly the best pre w/o supp out there huh!! LOL
pre-workout supps plays a huge role in my routine. as far as creatine, never taken any !!
Yea i hear good and bad things about both supps but just wanted to see what u guyd thought.
yeah you gotta be careful about some of those pre-workout. they will mess you up. but as long as you find the right kind that works for you, you should be good. i would stay away from the concentrated ones
