I don't usually get enough protein in my diet, so I usually take 70 gm of whey protein to get a total of110 gm and I weight 70 kg, Is it okay that I supplement that much protein. I take about 3 hrs to drink the supplement.

I just don't like real protein foods that much to get enough protein in a day. I could probably eat enough real food protein for a week or two then I can't eat it again for years. I'm refuse to shovel shit down my throat just because it's "real" food as opposed to whey protein so I probably consume at least 150g of whey protein a day in the form of powders and Quest Bars. I love those things.
I know what you mean iFit, I am not a big steak guy. Actually I would much prefer carbs and get all of my protein from whey shakes. I got to try Quest bars
Install the app called Slick Deals and set an alert for Quest Bars. Good deals come up about once a week but they go fast. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is the best!!!
Chocolate chip cookie dough, 4 of my favourite words, lol, I'm heading to Amazon now to give them a go. Cheers iFit
You could try adding tuna shakes into your diet. A tin of tuna blended in water, quick & easy to consume & around 35g Protein per serving.
Thanks alot chopper 41. I know diet is very important when juicing, but most of the time I eat what the rest of the family eats. Their priority is not protein but carbohydrates.
Yes, it's fine if you take that much protein in shakes, but here's the thing though, what the actual fuck are you eating that only nets you 40 grams of protein from solid food? You shouldn't be consuming double your protein intake from shakes that you are in solid food. There's a reason they are called supplements, as they are meant to enhance a base, not replace it. What is your diet like? List it out for us. You should have a problem getting 2grams/lb of body weight with a proper diet.
