Protein Shakes

ad

I am lactose intolerant and looking for a suitable shake to drink. Googled the topic but the sites I visited did not specially say it was lactose free. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Almost any "isolate" whey protein is lactose free. Isolate cost most, due to what it takes to isolate the protein, but it removes all lactose. This is very high quality and is great for building muscle.

I saw that one on GNC but wanted to make sure it was worth 80 before I got it. Thanks for the input man,

Carnivore is good stuff, I use it, but bro - you gotta quit shopping at GNC! Its like flushing your money down the toilet, you pay about 40% more for anything and everything than you would anywhere else. Carnivore is $49 on bodybuilding.com for 5lbs.

Muscle Milk is lactose free. Taste real good with just water. You can get 4lbs at Costco for $30.
