I've tried milk thistle once and it made my stomach cramp so damn bad. It felt worse than about anything I have had going on in my stomach.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this or any other adverse effects fom this?
Is this normal, does it subside?
should I have stuck with it?

Since it is a totally legal herb, you could also talk to your doc about it.
Do you have allergies to rag weed or other flowers? If so it could have been an allergic reaction, best to stay away if thats the case Id say. I take it and have never had any sort of side effects.
Not that I now of.
