The yohimbe bark is a joke, but the actual powder will work wonders for some people, i prefer it over clen anyday, again if your going to take it make sure to always take it in a fasted state as in the presence of too much blood sugar it wont work and it can even encourage fat deposits. I know a lot of guys whos morning cutting ritual is Yoh+albuterol+90mins low intensity cardio

Yohimbe is a joke. I'd consider it safe, for effectiveness I would compare it to homeopathic, sublingual HCG. You could take a lot of other things that would work out better, in my opinion. I don't want to just throw a bunch of supplements and drugs at you, so keep looking.
