I used that for 60 days with minimal results, maybe @200mgs per day... can't remember .... but I have used Celadrin, I'll try to find the link for you.... works for me, but I also take 2-4 TBSP extra virgin olive oil per day, and have been doing that for 120 days now and my joints, elbows, knees feels tons better.... now if I could just get this arthritis outta my spine... I'd be good ;-)

So u didn't get results from it , u don't recommend it ?
Results from the Hydrolauric acid? No.... I would keep my cash.
Results from Celadrin, (Inflame Away) Yes.... get you some
I think online vita shops like Swanson and Vitacost carries that as well....
This my sound crazy too, but stop using knee wraps if you do so.... I quit about 3 months ago, and my knees feel much better.... I still go heavy, just nice n slow
Unless your supplement contains a ton of it, like 5 grams per serving it wont do anything. It is very effective though, used in conjunction with MSM it can be even more effective for joint health.
From the study i read is that is effective at 300mg but that was probably injectable , i ll have to see , u used it before ?
