How much fish oil do you take?

I can never seem to get a straight answer on how much fish oil I should be taking. I was curious what and how much does everyone take? I personally take 6 a day of the below fish oil from Costco.

I just ordered Animal Omega 6500mg total Omega Fatty acids.
This is the back label on the Can

5-7 grams of either Optimum fish oil caps or gnc 1000. Take with my first three meals. So 5-7 caps.
6 of those is alot of impurity's - Costco has a wild salmon fish oil, and a alaskan polluck - you could take 2 each of those a day and be better off than 6 of the cheap stuff.

What makes you say their regular fish oil is cheap?
anchovy and sardine is what the oil is from on costco brand- Not 100% but I'm pretty sure they carry higher impurities (like pollution and waste runoff etc.) than Salmon and Pollock.
but i hate fish so there is no fish in my diet and thats not overkill hear of people taking upwards of 3000-4000 mgs ed
i take 9 normal strengh or 3-4 of the triple strength
I use krill oil... NOW brand has a good one but there's several others. I take one capsule with breakfast and another with dinner.
I just use the recommended dose on the bottle.
thats why im wondering if my 6 is overkill?
I don't think it can hurt you.
