This is my first cycle, doing test for 500 a week for 10 weeks. I've heard I will plateau towards the end etc.
So I was thinking, what about adding winny to the end of my cycle? It'd continue my strength gains and get me harder etc.
What do you all feel about this?

10 weeks of test e on your first cycle, you will not plateau, i would run it 12 myself, and would expect to see gains right up until pct, you should be growing like a weed on your first run! no need for winny
Not a good idea bro, finish of your cycle with test only. Think about adding a second compound in your next cycle and if you ever do run winny just make sure your bf% is in the single digits.

No, you heard wrong.. youll peak if your diet/training isnt changing with the new found muscle. Winny is hard as a nail on your joints as well, most only use if they have deca with it
