Vitamin B12

ad

Hello, I'm here looking for a little help understanding how to use Vitamin B-12 properly. B12 is necessary for the rapid synthesis of DNA during cell division. This is especially important in tissues where cells are dividing rapidly, particularly the bone marrow tissues responsible for red blood cell formation. This is important for muscle tissue growth. All the recommended intakes references say that 2-3 µg per day is efficient to produce new red blood cells. I guess what I'm asking is what is a reasonable amount to take and how long do I take it?

the bioavailability of B12 in pill form is really low, the only way to really get the benefits of B is through injection.

IDK bro, when I have injected B-12, I used 250 mcg ed. I have been all the way up to 1000 mcg ed at which point my face was purple and looked ready to explode. B-12 may assist in RBC hyperplasia but not muscle cell hyperplasia - for that you need HGH.
