Tren & test
ad
So what do you all respond better to high test and low tren or high tren and low test? I personally like high tren and low test. I'm currently running 400mg of tren mix and 250mg sus a wk.

Depending on my goals. Im cutting i definitely like high tren + low test, if im trying to put on size i like my test higher than tren
basskiller89Tren still scares me brother
Give me a test only cycle all day
Playa400mg Tren trt dose test (200mg) seems to work the best for me.
I use 750-1000 mg test + 300-450 tren and always try to maintain this correlation: the test is 1.5-2 times more than tren.
TBH, I wouldn’t touch aas until you “get back into the swing of things “
It’s a good way to reinjure yourself!
Build back up slowly with out aas then once you have a good base maybe consider it.

Whats your bf% ?
To be honest haven't had it tested yet but if I had to guess somewhere between 15 and 20%. Had some health issues so I was sidelined for a little over a yr just getting back into the swing of things and trying to get back up to where I was before 220lbs 9%bf.
Id say lift hard and get your diet straight for about a month or so before going back on the aas. Reinjuring or wasting gear is bound to happen if you jump back in too soon, but to each their own just take it slow cause the weight you think you can handle and the weight your tendons and muscles can handle will be scaled differently and you wouldnt want to take yourself out even longer
You can give us a better idea than 15-20% because it’s MASSIVE difference with body fat and very noticeable.
I understand you went through medical issues and not judging you for it. But if you’re honest enough to say that you’re just getting back into things then why would you possibly be considering tren out of all compounds?
On top of that if you had a year or more to cut so you should be at a lower body fat % if you were taking this seriously. Now let’s say you were at 50 percent body fat prior then I would have to say you’re doing a good job. So just stay on track now and get your body fat down to 15% or lower. Then come back and everyone of us will help you put together a proper cycle.
Sorry to say this but I can’t possibly recommend or give someone advice that’s telling me that there 20% body fat and have been training for a year. The last thing you should be doing is running a cycle, specially one that involves Tren.
I've been running cycles for a little over 7 yrs so it's not my first rodeo. It was a lower back injury that sidelined me the only thing I really can't do yet is deadlifts my squats aren't bad just not where they were but I know in time that will come in due time. I've been spending my down time strengthening my core in general so I can get back to doing deadlifts. I chose the this particular cycle because It's worked in the past to put mass on. I normally only run tren for 5wks at a time I'm on my 4th wk then I will run 500mg to 750mg of sus a wk. I'm more of a mesomorph body type.
RustyhookerAfter a year off tren isnt a great idea imo. Lots of mass missing. Easy to reinjure and its overkill. Sust and provi with diet on point woulda been a ton easier
