Tren microdosing influence on test dosage?
I've seen it discussed in a few posts, but I'm interested in designing a cycle to include a relatively small dose of Tren A. I've done several blasts previously (I stay on "TRT dose" of test in the interim), starting with just higher test, then test + deca, then test + deca + anavar... and finally adding primo to recent cycles.
I've always shied away from tren due to the potential for extreme side effects, but I've been intrigued by the idea of microdosing. What I'm uncertain about is how much the receptor binding issue should influence test dosage if running a relatively small dose of tren (~50mg per week). For my past few blasts, I've run 720mg test weekly... does this need to come down with a tren microdose and, if so, by how much?
For the record, I plan to drop the deca if running any amount of tren so I'm not stacking multiple 19-nor compounds.

I never liked blasting tren, always made me flat and killed my appetite. But for microdosing I've used it as a spot injections in the muscle groups after a workout, mainly arms. 10mg bilateral with a slin pin. A total of 20mg every 3 days. Small but noticeable gains in size and strength. I'm definitely a believer in spot injections for growth. I was hitting GH in my calves for a bit and had some nice growth and definition. Anyhow at such a small dose of tren I think it would be pointless unless doing spot injections. But that's just me
I still get wicked sides on low dose tren
Currently running 10mg/day for bodyweight maintenance, alongside TRT, while my ability to lift is compromised.
Trensomnia is real, and really annoying. No night sweats or paranoia, which for me kick in around 25 mg/day.
My sleep is awful as it is and I’m considering going on Ambien. If Tren didn’t effect my sleep, I’d use it because I can manage the other sides.
You know, it's a real striking contrast. Deca also impairs my sleep, gives me night sweats, even a bit of paranoia. But I enjoy being on nandrolone, I feel big, strong, and I make noticeable gains week-to-week. I'm willing to go with less sleep, because of how the nan is making me feel.
Tren, I am literally counting down the days until I can stop. It's a tool, it serves a purpose, but it's not something I love. I can't imagine stacking other drugs, just to be able to take tren for longer than I need to...
The reason that trenbolone feels bad to be on is because of the toxic effect its having on your organs, its battering both your liver and kidneys. Because its trashing your health values in these areas it in turn makes you feel ill. Any oil or oral that is damaging you will also feel shit on - Anadrol, Superdrol, M1T, Trenbolone,. If you feel well on the compounds you are running - you can almost guarantee that your bloodwork will be good.
That’s not the first time I’ve heard Deca do this. I was thinking of running a low dose Deca for joint support, perhaps 75 mgs a week throughout a cycle but I’m afraid of the mental sides of Deca like depression.
I've consistently run 100 mg/week of NPP as part of a TRT program for my joints. 35 mg, 3x a week. No issues, whatsoever. Feel great, libido good, Sides only kicked in for me at 400+ mgs...but that's also when the gains also really kick in.
Just started the exact same thing a few weeks back. Elbow and shoulder pain is almost entirely gone. Prior to that, training had become a real challenge.
I've been saying this for donkey's years - NPP feels so much better to be on than Deca, you know the brand I run also Simon, thats the best one to use.
What differences are you referring to when you say “feel”. In terms of potency? Effectiveness ? Is it a matter of preference ?
DanTheBodybuilder in his podcast claims only Deca helps joints, not NPP.
In my personal experience, I disagree, I think nandrolone = nandrolone, regardless of the ester. I have found NPP feels great, and no different than deca at equivalent doses.
Isn't Dan the bodybuilder the Clown who ended up in a Thai Hospital or something similar and had to set up a Go fund me page to beg for funds off the public because he injected some shitty unknown gear and got an infection? Lmao
Nandrolone helps the joints in various ways, first progesterone is one of the best natural pain suppressors there is - hence why when women enter the menopause they get dry and painful joints because it plummets. Also Nandrolone promotes an increase in Collagen synthesis in the tendons, meaning they regenerate and heal quicker causing less tendon pain. If NPP didn't help then I wouldn't use it - you can clearly tell the difference when lifting on just Test alone and Test & NPP.
I’ll check it out. I didn’t want to put another order in. Plus Deca gives me flexibility to run GH and Winstrol minus the joint pain
Yeah, I have a few bottles of Deca. I might have to consider picking up some npp. I really hate injecting 3x a week though but I might be able to manage if I’m only doing .3
For what it's worth, I run NPP as part of my TRT, simply because if/when I have to get my endocrinologist bloodwork, I can quickly wash out the NPP in about a week. Deca takes much longer to clear from your bloodwork. Because nandrolones will show as "testosterone" on standardized tests, I'd really just rather avoid that drama with my doctor.
But if I'm blasting and have a big gap in doc appointments, I prefer Deca, for the same reason you mention - it's just too much pinning, otherwise. I ran 450 NPP once, felt like a pincushion.
Sides are still shitty on low dose. If you are going to get them on 50-75mg/day, you will likely get them on 10-20 mg/day too.
That's a pretty large difference in dosing. There's a good chance someone isn't going to get any sides at 70 mg/wk in comparison to 350 mg/wk.
True. I still can’t sleep more than 3 hours on 20 mg. It is worse on higher mg but they are still there and still a bitch even when keeping it low.
I'm actually easing my way into tren a currently. I started @ 5mg/day. When no sides showed up i bumped it up to 10 mg/day. I'm still good so i'm looking to go to 15 mg/day at this point. There are people who have said that even as low as 50 mg/week had really helped with muscle sparing during a cut.
I'm going so slow because i've worked really hard at improving my sleep quality over the last 6 months and don't want to just throw that out the window. I'm not sure how high i'll go. Whatever i can get away with without bad side effects.
Micro dosing is a garbage type fad. Whats your goal?
