Caffeine on cycle

ad

I'm curious what the consensus is regarding caffeine on cycle.

I love my morning coffee and I'll usually drink more caffeine during the day and pre-workout, but I've gotten more conservative as I get older.

Do you guys limit mg of caffeine on cycle? My typical day is 2 shots of espresso in the morning, an immunity supplement with ~100mg of caffeine around lunchtime, and a preworkout caffeine drink ranging from 110 to 200mg of caffeine.

Thanks for your feedback and guidance!

Personally, a dose of 120 mg of caffeine has no effect on my workout performance. It just helps me wake up a bit when I feel sleepy.

Caffeine, in the proper dosage, is life. Can harm adrenergic receptors and blood pressure. And Man, the crash can be more severe than many pwo. The difference between medicine and poison is the dosage. You have to find the sweet spot somehow. So, the answer to your question depends on what you're running. I always adjust the dose. If I'm on Tren, Clen, T3, too much caffeine may not be beneficial; however, while I'm on a cruise, the situation is completely different.
So adjust the dosages and you'll be good.

Yes, coffee is much better than most preworkouts ive seen. Nothing says death like clen etc

I prefer a black coffee over pre workout. I tend to crash on pre workouts half way through my sessions

I don't know how people tolerate caffeine, if I have a Red Bull it kills my appetite for the day and I can't sleep on a night.

lol bro Red Bulls are weak af. I don’t even think they have 100mg caffeine.

LMAO I don't think they do compared to normal things like coffee!!! I cannot tolerate stimulants bud. I tried in the past and then after training where I would normally have a shake and eat soon after that I have no desire to whatsoever, which I figure is detrimental to lifting lol

The fact that you don’t have to rely on them is great man, if I don’t have my caffeine first thing with a small snack I drag ass bad. I don’t need it before a workout, but fresh outta bed I definitely do.

I take caffeine pills (200mg) and ephedrine (25mg). I don’t mess with powders and RTD pre’s shoot right through me because of the fake sugars.

If I’m feeling froggy I’ll take 2 caffeine pills (400mg), but otherwise it’s usually just one.
