Training Cycle Update With Meet Prep/Diet

ad

For once the stars have been aligning for me!
Around 5 months out from a meet that involves a little cash so that is nice.
Going for 1750+(Maybe 1800 if all goes well) in sleeves at 220lbs.

I am a pretty decent powerlifter who trains hard and have been doing it for around 2 years. I stick to a pretty good routine day by day and week by week in order to achieve my goals. I have done the dirty bulk and went crazy and wound up strong, but to heavy and not looking the way I would like to look. I prepped for a meet last summer and hit good numbers, but my body weight was 245-260 on a bunch of test, dbol and Deca. (bad combo for my body and a nasty diet. After breaking myself down after my meet, in which I totaled 1700 in wraps at 235(water cut down), I feel like a new man! I have been bulking for around 2.25 months and my lifts have been blowing up, and my body weight hasn't. At the end of my cut I was 195ish. I squatted 475, benched 340, and pulled 640. I starved myself to oblivion it surely felt like and I looked good, but competing is my passion.

I am currently 208lbs and slowly climbing. I squat 550 naked knee, bench 405 and deadlift 700 at the moment. My workouts are around 2 hours and 45 minutes up to 3 hours on some days, that is including my cardio, which is 30-40min fast walk with an incline and then 10-15 minutes of intense biking on a stationary bike after every workout.

TRAINING:
M: Back
T: Active rest day 1 hour 30 minutes of cardio.
W: Legs
TH:Back
F:Chest
S:Legs
SUN: Chest

I am a strong believer in high ass volume training and I have always gotten great results from this. I start every day with the core big three lift of that day and work up to a heavy single and then maybe a PR if I feel it in me. I then drop and do heavy singles and doubles. Then I do a 3x3 with heavyish weight. I then drop it down and do 1-2 5x5's with mid to light weight. Then I incorporate much bodybuilder style training and high volume accessories. I kick my ass everyday I train and never have problems with being too sore or anything.

DIET:
I F***** up my diet in the beginning and was under eating and not gaining strength or weight. I thought 3700 cals would be enough, but I couldn't gain weight or strength. Currently I eat 4100-4250 a day and I am gaining weight slowly, but the strength is the big gain. Plan my days out ahead and cook and eat clean good foods that give me plenty of nutrients. TONS of carbs and lower fats and 225g of protein usually.

CYCLE:
at the moment:
Test-P: 105mg Per week (15mg ED)
Tren A- 350mg Per week (50mg ED)
Tren E- 400mg week (200mg WED/SAT pins)
Prami- .5mg ED
Aromasin- 12.5mg ED
T3- 50mcg ED

Will add superdrol and drop my tren low or cut it out as the meet draws close and ramp the test up to puff up and then water cut.

I hate test,as my body gets so puffy and I can't maintain weight so I simply run a TRT dose and then its tren mainly for a prep. I love the strength gains from tren.

Do you guys ever bulk on high tren and what are your results in comparison with test?

How's the diet sounding??

What class and division did you qualify for?
Whos idea was to run tren?
What is your carb to fat to protein ratio?
What times of the day are you doing your high carbs?
Is this a tested comp?
Post up a recent pic of yourself too, and I can answer some of your questions, post your legs too no flex.

Off to a bad start on everything
Tren is not a powerlifting aas, you need bulk not fat loss. After 2 bursts of heavy weight, the tren will have you completely exhausted.
Not enough fat at all, once again powerlifting is not bodybuilding, you need size not definition. SIZE.
Even googling a powerlifters diet you will see where your macros are wrong, carbs and fats are crucial for strength not tren, and also youre training is wrong, you need burst not longevity. Drop the cardio, drop the volume. When you are laying on that bench, you will not be doing reps or sets, you will be doing about 2-3 pulls and not 8-12. Research a better regimin other then 5x5, it is good, but not the best at gaining strength.
Powerlifting training will not have you in the gym long, and if you do not leave the gym wishing you were dead or your hands stuck in a claw then you are failing. Where is the recent pics?
I saw the recent aas pic as well, looks like you are relying on aas to get strong or fill you out. You are going to fail at powerlifting. I do my best PRs off cycle.
