the famous 24 week cycle

ad

I have been doing some research into time on/time off.
The one I'm looking at is" in a year as long as your time off is equivalent to time on ". I damaged the shoulder at work, It's slowly getting better but that pain always exists.. when I have done equipoise or deca cycles it has improved .
So basically wondering if anyone has cycled that long and
A. What you used?
B. Did you get much out of it?
C. After pct how long to recover?

Thanks .

has your doctor ever discussed having surgery done on your shoulder? If so, you could have your surgery, rehab, and full recovery done in about the 24 wk time period and then have a killer cycle waiting to start once your shoulder is healed. That way you wouldn't have to constantly be worrying about your shoulder throughout the cycle or run it for a ridiculous 24 wks. Have you ever looked into tb-500 or bpc-157? Any peptide source will have them and when stacked together those can perform miracles. They healed my torn ac joint and also my sprained mcl in 4 weeks. By week 2 I could train shoulders painlessly at my normal weight whereas before I could barely do side raises with 10's haha

Yea.. im committing to surgery 2017 as can't afford the time off this year..
Tb 500 and bpc ? I'm gonna look into these tonight,
No one I know have ever mentioned these..
How long do you run them ?

And thanks for reply !

yeah, well mate your shoulder issue is just being masked by taking the nandrolone, what happens is nandrolone affects tiny litte proteins in our bodies called cytokines, we have anti imflammatory and immflammatory types, when we have injuries and taking nandrolones, the anti imflammatory types are increased, these cytokines job is to gather around trauma/ injuries etc etc so you are getting the anti imflammatory affects of these cytokines yet your injury is the same, it is not healing, it is masking the issue, your actually doing more damage than good, the reason you feel even better with the nandro eq stack is because eq increases red blood cell count even higher giving even more of these cytokines/ proteins to travel through your system more. so basically your just fucking your injury more.

time on plus time off equals a new cycle if your lucky, bloods then re-evaluate- thats the general rule of thumb if you cycle on and off.

pct is never a guarantee, especially with deca, 6 week comprehensive post cyce is needed which involves multiple drugs including clomid and nolva amongst others.

Thanks..
Is there any drug that will improve healing or is "Bro science" all i have read ?
Great input and thanks for your time!

Need to find out what's actually wrong with your shoulder. Been to see doc?

wreck it ralph's picture

Yea 50 %tear, he said give it 6 month to heal it's self as anything over 50% they operate on and anything under they don't. . So I'm hoping the scar tissue has strong grip so it heals.. but still aches , if I go back and it's not healed it 16 to 20 weeks outta work and I only get 4 weeks sick pay. .
That's why I been reading how equipoise and hgh together repair tendons.. which now looks like it's a fairytale! Thanks for asking Smile

Catalyst's picture

50% tendon tear? Do you know which tendon? I'll be honest, healing without surgery sounds very optimistic mate. I've had three tears in my right shoulder so I've got experience n the field unfortunately. Unless you're walking around with your arm in a sling completely immobilised I think your chances of it healing without surgery are very low. The 50% protocol seems odd to me.....

Hope I'm wrong and you have a speedy recovery.

Supra tendon, I would agree too.. let nature take its course but always let's me know it's there..
And yea the over and under 50 % seemed nuts but i Googled it and the doc was right..

How long did it take you to recoup your shoulder ?
What was your injury?
Thanks

Catalyst's picture

You probably don't want to know lol!

I tore the subscapularis first time, 2 months in the sling, probably 60% recovery in 6months. Tore it again, this time clean off the bone, screws etc, 3 months in the sling. Didn't heal, surgery again, another 3 months of sling. I'm now about 16 months from the last one, and I'd say 75% recovered. Some movements still cause pain, wide rows, pull downs being a good example, but there's pretty much no cartlidge in the joint now. I can press ok, just find certain grooves that work better than others. Stupid little repetitive motions really bother it, things like stirring a pot of good when cooking, silly things like that.

Hope it improves. If you want to chat / moan about shoulder injuries, drop me a PM. Unfortunately I'm a wealth of boring shoulder surgery facts!

TheFlash85's picture

are you on trt? if i were you, besides fully resting the injury, i would be concentrating on perfect nutrition, high protein, aminos, and keeping your vitamins, minerals etc etc at peak levels at all time, get yourself some vitamin k, vitamin e, c etc etc high amounts of anti oxidants, clean foods and lots of rest and water, its the best way mate, its all going to help the healing process, - p.s you need to up your calories by 2000 minimum, an injury like that eats up that amount jus in the healing process...........you should not be doing anything except focusing on that shoulder injuries healing. good luck

6 months on isnt really cycling. however i did run a lengthy cycle a while back because i was using EQ. 20 weeks total. 875mg test 1g EQ 525 up to 700 NPP, dropped out npp at week 10, dropped test to 250mg/week. kept EQ at 1g and introduced tren at 700mg/week from week 12-20. pretty hardcore cycle. recovered well. secret was to use hcg during cycle, 1 shot of gnrh before pct, and pharma grade ancillaries and SERMS during pct. clomid, toremifene, and aromasin. test levels came back at 700ng/dl about a month after pct ended.

i got alot out of it. gains and musclar development aside, i gained experience and knowledge about the compounds i was using, manipulating doses and diet to yeild certain results and learned alot about how MY body works and reacts to different macro ratios through diet manipulation in conjunction with certain hormones. you have to remember AAS is only a small part of what bodybuilding is. cycling isnt just about shooting juice and getting big. learn about your body, but be smart about it and dont do stupid shit you are unprepared to handle the consequences of.

Thanks for the input, it's what I was looking for !

Gents you seem to be experienced in this field,
What's your opinions on the topic I put ? A little off topic what is the best pct protocol you recommend?

wreck it ralph's picture

Thanks for reply..
What's your pct ?

I will typical run a "cycle" my whole race season which is around 6 months long. I will then take a few (3-4) months off during the winter. I've never strictly adhered to the time on time off program. But a lot of this depends on the amounts, and type of gear. I would never run an oral that long - nor would I run something like Tren for 6 months straight. There are people that never come off. They run TRT doses of Test, and then amp it up during certain training phases. My last 6 month cycle I recovered really flipping fast it seemed. But I never ran more than 500mg of any one thing a week, which consisted of EQ, Test, and Deca.

Thanks for your post

Drock_357's picture

So u ran deca for 6 months and say you recovered fast?...what were the doesages? Smells a little like b.s. to me...

IrishMack's picture

1st thing you need to do is update your stats. Second thing is refrain from telling people how you like to do 6 month cycles because its not a cycle, its stupidity. 3rd thing is maybe post a pic so we can see how the 6 month cycles work out for you. 4th thing is you have bloods to prove you recovered so fast?
