+ 3 test/tbol for fatloss

ad

Im planning a cycle that will begin at the end of spring. Ive been changing my mind constantly about what to run and whatnot. This will be my 4th cycle. I though about tren and finally slapped myself in the face and said, "get real dumbass." Then i decided to run test and eq. Sounded good for a bit. Then i got to reading around some more. I've made up my mind and ordered some kalpa test e and kalpa tbol! It'll be a simple cutter and im excited to get started. I do my research but i've still got so much to learn. I just want to make sure that my diet is good enough to get the results im looking for. I'm AROUND 11-12% bf right now. Id like to get to 7% after this cycle is done while gaining some density to the frame. This is what im gonna be eating during this cycle. :

Meal 1 - 12 eggwhites, 2 yolks, large bowl of oatmeal with splenda, animalpack vitamin, 1 scoop of whey isolate.

Meal 2 - post wrkout shake- ABB Max recovery protein/ carb mix.

Meal 3- 1 scoop whey isolate, 10 ounce chicken breast, brown rice, teaspoon of sugarfree peanut butter

Meal 4- 10 ounce tuna with half a teaspoon of lowfat mayo, bowl of oatmeal, 1 scoop of whey isolate.

Meal 5- 7 ounce tuna with mayo, brown rice.

Meal 6- 12 egg whites, 2 yolks.

I much on celary and carrots in between most meals and i drink at least 2 gallons of h2o per day. Trainig 4-5 days per week heavy with slow controlled negatives. Oh and i'll cycle carbs. This is a high carb day. The following day will be half the carbs of the previous day followed by a very low carb day. I know im using alot of powder but i work in a factory as a foreman and i have very very short 10 minute breaks throughout my day. Of i had more time id add more solids but i just dont have the time right now. i HATE CARDIO BUT IF I NEED TO DO IT I WILL. Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance guys and grrrls

I'm with Carneaisr. You've established a realistic goal that meets your lifestyle. Looks good to me. It is tuff to break that 10% bf without doing cardio brother. Keep us updated if you manage with diet and lifting.
