suggestions on possible cycle
I've never tried any sort of steroid, injectable nor oral. I've been lifting now consistently and hard for about 3 years with some hiccups but definitely consistent every week for almost a year now. I train 6 days a week, I change up the muscle groups and exercises every 6 weeks, and on the 7th day I usually do cardio. I am 22 years old, measuring in at 6'1, 235 lbs, 14 percent bodyfat. I used to be 210 35 percent body fat but I dropped to 170 lbs in a year and have been lifting now to put on muscle and clearly it triggered an addiction to the gym. the top of my body makes me look a lot leaner than I really am, in that I mean, with a tank top people think I'm 8 percent bodyfat because i have very defined arms, shoulders chest and back with great vascularity. However, my midsection says otherwise, I have my top two abs which are seen easily but at the bottom end is a belly and my v-line is very minimal. Putting on weight for me is very easy, even if it looks to be muscle but I just want to completely shred up. I've thought about running a cycle of clen but I've been advised not to and have been told to run anavar which is relatively safe. I've read TONS of feedback to run test with it and although im not scared of needles, I'm just weary of what it will do to my body. Anyhow, I was hoping you guys had any suggestions on a possible cycle to go on with information of the PCT and side effects. Please keep in mind, although i don't claim to be any pro, I'm not a noob either. I religiously take my BCAA's, NO's, carnitine, CLA, 240 g of protein a day (from two shakes and from steak, chicken, eggs, and all sorts of vegetables, almonds etc), blends of rasb keytones, garcinia cam, chitosan, etc. I every now and then take some thermogenics but I dont see much effect in them anymore, and I stay away from all sorts of creatine because like I've said, I really just want to appear as hard as possible. As of right now I do not do cardio and i follow a relatively strict diet. I don't count my macros so my diet is clean in which I avoid rice, bread, candy, snacks, chocolate, etc but my problem is as mentioned above, I used to be a big kid, and with my heavy training, I have a scary appetite so I will eat about three cups of grapes, three apples, three bananas, two 60g protein shakes, two quest bars, 8 egg whites, a cup of almonds, half a cup of walnuts, alternating natural protein in large amounts so if its chicken, it'll be about 4 chicken breasts (steak, chicken, turkey etc), and a lot of vegetables (green beans, celery, aspargus, brocolli) as well all steamed with no salt on any of my food, 2 spoon fulls of almond butter and thats what I eat pretty much EACH practically every day. This has made me climb weight and people tell me I've gotten much bigger in a muscular weigh but I rather drop weight and appear to be ripped and still pretty big. I do realize, I have a big frame and I will get stricter on my diet but I want to get to 7% bodyfat, as quickly as possible. Once on a cycle, I will begin to do, 20 minutes of fasted cardio every other day (I do have time restrictions as I am a full time college student working a full time job). All feedback welcomed and much appreciated!

Brother, I stopped reading at 22 years old. Youre too young for gear. Spend the next 3 years researching and asking questions. And taking advantage of your naturally high test production. By the time youre 25 youll be an expert and maybe ready for gear at a young age. And yes, 25 is still young for gear.
i appreciate the honesty and thank you for the reply.
No problem brother. There are all kinds of guys on here who would be glad to help, but with your age we dont want you to fuck your system up. Many have made that mistake and now have to do trt for the rest of their lives.
I do want to note, that I realize how much sugar all those fruits have but I'm literally always hungry and fruits are just so accessible and delicious lol. Whenever, I don't have my fruits, I get worse and I'll about 4-5 quest bars a day (yes, I realize this is awful and wayyyy too much fiber) or 4 cups of almost and 2 cups of walnuts or 4 cups of quinoa, or just something clean but in an excessive manner unfortunately
Stop sabotaging yourself. Make a commitment to eat properly for six solid weeks with only 2 cheat meals each week. Have them on separate days. NOT cheat days, cheat meals. Take a before and after pic. I promise you will keep you diet on point after YOU see in the mirror what it means to do so.
