Short-ester Bulk

ad

What do you all think about a short ester bulk? For instance, if you wanted to run a lean bulking cycle during the spring/summer. Obviously if you can take the frequent pins and have the cycle history. I always see people run almost exclusively long esteemed cycles for bulk, are there any rouges or rebels out there? BTW I'm not posting stats because I am not looking for cycle advice, merely curious about everyone's thoughts or experiences.

Gains are dictated by diet and training bro NOT compounds

Very true. I was talking more along the lines of personal experience though. For instance, in your experience is 8 weeks enough time to experience significant muscle growth? You definitely answered my general question, thanks for the response

Thank you for offering, but I'm not really looking for cycle advice. I'm was having trouble sleeping and started wondering lol

Thank you!

Apart from the pip and frequent pins, it sounds ideal. shorter time to results, less retention, quicker recovery

I have another theory but probably inappropriate here! ;-)

Feel free to hijack the thread

I've done it successfully. In fact until recently I never even used long esters.

And Which do you prefer?

Nitti's picture

What I prefer is dictated by my goals at any particular time. I like to stay lean even wen bulking so I eat in such a way that I can gain mass but fuel the engine for intense training. I use all short ester compounds. I don't necessarily have a preference. They all serve a different purpose to me. To answer the original question, yes you can use short esters to bulk. Some of u use only short esters all the time. But more important for bulking is the manner in which you train and the way you eat! Same goes for cutting. I have a small compact frame. During a bulkin cycle I may only gain 5-7lbs but they are all quality gains. No water. I keep things in check with (again) diet and aromatise inhibitors

Definitely makes sense. Thanks

Are you an ED or an EOD kind of guy?

fast48's picture

It can work if done right.

greeeen13's picture

That's what I was thinking. Shorter time to results and shorter recovery. Thanks for the input

I think its a good cycle for athletes that get drug tested .

Very true, didn't even think of that
