Question about Test Cream

ad

I have a couple questions I hope you can help me with.

I've been seeing an anti-aging doc who prescribes me with 1 gram daily of 12.5% test cream. I take it every day and do not cycle on/off. I have only seen some modest results in terms of muscle growth, recovery, sleep, and weight loss. My total testosterone before the script was 199. When I went on the cream I went up to about 600.

Would it be better to cycle the cream? I've read your body gets used to the test after a while. I was thinking a month on and a month off and use 2 grams instead of 1.

I assume the doctor's approach is pretty conservative. Should I consider supplementing it with another steroid?

Thanks!

TRT is meant to be full time,,,basically you never come off. However I do know guys who will periodically come off for awhile (3-4 months) and then resume. You may have to experiment to what works for you.

600-700 is the level an endo would shoot for. Don't change up what you are currently doing.

Stop going to anti-agin clinics. go see an endo and see if you qualify for true TRT.

Steroids do not create muscle, nor burn fat. Diet does. If you're not seeing results, your diet and training need work.

Anti-aging docs are quacks. They'll prescribe you whatever you want to make the sale.

Make an appointment with your endo, true TRT is testosterone replacement therapy. If your body cannot naturally produce appropriate quantities of testosterone then you take exogenous test to replace your natural production at a higher "normal" level. I can't say what the normal range is for men of your age, or what your endo will think and suggest. Take a gander at our TRT section. I can't really comment much else on the matter since I lack the experience, especially talking to a seasoned guy such as yourself. But stay the fuck away from these anti-aging clinics.

How do you feel with test levels at 600? That's about middle of the range...
I don't know much about test cream so I can't offer much help, but if you are feeling good, libido, mood, etc, ...I wouldn't change a thing. Doubt you will see much in the way of muscle growth at this level,

Take pasta advise up top, go see your endo or the very least your gp...they will do the nessasary blood work and get u squared away hopefully, sounds like you are a good candidate for trt, but that's up to the dr....be patient as the process can take some time to get your levels dialed in
