ad

First of all Stats:
32 Male
195lbs
12% BF

I am looking to get some quality gains that I can keep majority of after. I am not expecting much as you can see with what I am running.

Test E 600mg splt per week spit Mon/Thurs wk 1-12
PCT wk 14-18
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Aro still in air as to how I will be using

At end of cycle I would be happy @ 200-205 and maybe BF @ around 10. Just to give a little insight into diet..... this is today,

Breakfast
3 whole eggs/1 white scrambled with onions/peppers/half cup ground turkey/half avocado/ with blueberry, strawberry, banana fresh smoothie

Mid-morning snack
3 hard boiled eggs/3 slices of deli turkey /avocado roll ups (about ¼ avocado total) apple

Lunch
Spinach salad with 2 turkey meatballs, tomatoes, cucumbers, flax seeds, black olives, walnuts and balsamic vinegar

Post workout
2 cans tuna with apples, apple cider vinegar, EVOV, sea salt and pepper

Dinner
Some wild caught fish (Salmon, mahi mahi, ahi tuna, dover sole) whatever GF feels like cooking with veggies and sweet potatoe.

This is very similar to what I would have daily. Ill mix up the protein in the salad or have a steak/chicken for dinner but overall this is what diet is like daily. I throw in some almonds, some grilled veggies and some almond butter/sunflower seed butter for mid-day snacks but above are the bigger meals. As you may be able to tell it is Paleo, no dairy or grains but I am really just experimenting right now to see if it is going to be enough food for me to get the calories I need for training. I have cut out protein shakes which is probably the biggest difference I will see in my daily intake. Any thoughts….am I on the right path for the goals I am looking for. Any critisizm is helpful. This is the first time I really am going to focus as much on diet as training and AAS. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated

I dont think that is enough food for your goals you need more protien but i will will let some else chime in that knows more about diet than i do

I am concerned about it as well. I am going to do this for a couple weeks and see how it goes. I can add some food protiens through the day but going to try to stay away from protien shakes. If it still seems that this is not enough i will adjust and start adding some grains first. Brown rice, quiniua...stuff like that.
