red face and chest
ad
On some test e about 3-4 weeks in. Today I noticed my face, neck and chest getting red and flushed looking. I understand it maybe increased blood pressure but it has never happened before. I have done a few test e cycles and never notice anything. My question is if it is something that can be handled with aromasin or something else, or is it just something I have to deal with.

I have recently had the same problem. It usually happens after I pin some TNE and consume some caffine prior to my work out.
Thanks everyone...my ai is aromasin. Going to start taking on monday. Diet it pretty good, water maybe the one thing I need to step up a bit. If I had to guess the only added salt in my diet is when I use hot sause with eggs iin am. My girl is a freak with healthy foods so there is never anything prossesed in the house and we only eat maybe 1 meal out a week. In your opinions, what woupd be a daily sodium limit be? Thanks for your help
RustyhookerThe FDA guideline is hard to work with but you're making healthy from scratch it's easier. FDA said bout 1500mg. Keeping hydrated keeps it flushed . A soda has bout 350mgs
RustyhookerBp is not to be guessed. Check it at any local drug store for free. You on your ai yet? Whats the ai? Start it. Bloods at week 6. Hydrate...gallon a day minimum and low/no salt.
x2 on this, if I dont keep my water intake wayyyyy up on cycle I go red and my bp sky rockets, go check that bp asap.
RustyhookerLast winter i was doing recomp after injury. Superclean meals, hydrate, the whole deal. Fixed a meal...mexican style. Lean chicken, wheat tortillas and veggies all wrapped and tasty. Had vegetarian refrieds on the side. Bp spijes to 150! Wtf? Ok...genius me didn't read the sodium on vegan beans......lol! Its always the lil things.
yessir, sodium will do it to me too that and too many simple carbs seems to do it to, or perhaps Im just simultaneously taking in too much sodium with those carbs, but yeah the littlest things, lack of sleep is another that does it for me.
