This is a lot for a first cycle. You need to focus on diet and training on TRT and around your natural limits, you can do 500 mg a week test only cycle for 16 weeks. You might add anavar last 5 weeks but anything top of it is overkill.

5’10 160 means you have very little muscle. It’s easy to gain muscle when you don’t have much. Especially on TRT when you have highish test levels basically 24/7 and none of the ups and downs that come with natural testosterone. As you said, it’s all about diet, plus training. And at 160 your diet is not where it needs to be. What’s your TRT dose and what are your test levels on it?

A 19-nor like deca is never to be included in a first cycle, nor is anavar. Test only. But i wouldn’t recommend that for you. If you’re on a decent TRT dose you should have no problem getting to 175 before deciding to take the plunge into a full blown cycle. Why fuck your body up for gains that can be made on a safe TRT dose? Regardless you need to learn how to gain naturally (on TRT) before getting on gear. Steroids cant make something out of nothing. They simply enhance an already good diet and training program.
