I'm turning 35 and on baby number two. Workout 4 days a week with some cardio. The weight is packing on but not in a good way. Looking for the safest and smartest way to get back what Iv lost. I hate needles and I'd like to keep certain things like my hair. It may be a stupid question but that's why I'm here. I use to be 190 with a six pack.

multi vitamin, daa, bcaas, a pre workout with creatine, a good diet, cardio and resistance weight training, thats the truth.

Can u post ur BF%?

Capps's picture

I'm not a professional weight lifter nor do I go to doctors. So I don't know my bf% and I don't know what trt or FR mean

Thats fine. U will learn. Stay focused. U can get calipers from an on line source, or maybe a popular nutrition store.

I agree with everything everyone said below, but I'll add this: get your testosterone levels and your thyroid checked. Then, come back here and post a picture of your labs and tell us what your MD says.

They're not giving you a lecture. They're giving you the answer. If you can't maintain a reasonable physique naturally what makes you think you're going to be able to with AAS?

Nobody needs to take steroids to look average.

If you want knowledge start in the diet section and the beginners section. Nobody here is going to spoon feed you information.

I hate needles. I need advice on cycles.

Bro, there is no way that you are in a position to play around with anabolic steroids. It is patently obvious. You are wasting our time and yours. Stay safe bro and stay away from steroids.

Capps's picture

I don't know what the options are. Can you not just take one cycle a year? What's the safest way? What's the honest repercussions to the body? There's no way to do it responsibly? I need answers not a lecture. Anybody can say they need to cut carbs or sugars or so much beer or staying up late. I need advice on cycles

We understand bro, nobody is lecturing you. You can't look at AAS like a cure for a shitty base. There's a reason we advocate proper dieting to your goals, training, etc. before jumping into steroids - because using steroids without the base built up like a fortress is pissing your money away.

I don't need an intervention. Just because I want knowledge dosnt mean il put it to use. I fell like this was a waste of time.

MedDx's picture

A waste of time? U can learn more here if u are receptive to listening. Its like AA/NA!! You gotta want to work the program if u want to succeed, brother!! I have more to say...please respond back...

I'm cutting my carbs and adding more meals and protein. I eat with the wife for dinner witch restricts me from just eating fish and rice or beans. And yes I'm clueless to what's the correct way to start a cycle. My diet and workouts have always kept me in great shape but it's to the point I need a boost. I don't need a diet plan. I know how to eat I don't know shit about safe cycles.

Makwa's picture

I don't need a diet plan. I know how to eat

But yet you say your are packing on weight in a bad way. That sounds like you need to learn how to properly structure your diet so that is not occuring. Do that and you will reap the positive benefits. Drugs aren't going to make up for shitty eating habits and you will be disappointed with the results until your diet is fixed. Don't get caught in a yo-yo diet type of thing where the only time you eat properly is when you are cycling. What you gain on cycle is lost just as quick when you go back to your old eating habits. Committing to AAS is a lifelong committment, so think twice about using them before you jump in. Most of the time they are not neccessary. It all boils down to diet and training in the end.

You're on baby #2 or your wife is?

You have really given us nothing much to work with. You're not looking to run a cycle, but you're posting here...

Yep. Its all diet my friend. Spend some time looking in the Training/Nutrition/Diet section and you'll have everything you need to know to get your six pack back without using any drugs.
