Do you have any AAS experience? How's the diet and workout routine.. We can all give you a good beginner cycle but those are important things for us to know so we can help you out better.. If you can't wait IF anything get PCT stuff first.. To many ppl on here rush into cycles with no PCT serms etc and get screwed over.

I would guess you are not ready for AAS. I am sure you need to work at your diet and workout plan unless you just started. Before you run a cycle you want to get as much gains as you can naturally. Seeing how you are 23 I am sure with a proper diet and workout plan you would have no problem getting gains without AAS. Ok BRO let me hook you up with a basic starter cycle that i think every noobie should do!!
But  you should really do some more research before wanting someone to spoon feed u a cycle!!
Always start with A long Ester like Test E or C cuz its less pinning for a noob and you have to see how ur body reacts to testosterone.
 And get that body fat on check if ur not sure cuz that can lead to more sides.

(1st time Cycle layout should look like this)
Test E or C weeks 1-12 @ 500mg per week split dose mon/250mg and thur 250mg.

AI would be either aromasin or adex on cycle and letro on hand JUST IN CASE.
if u go with AROMASIN- Start at week 3 all the way up to PCT! @ 12.5mg EOD, 12.5mg ED (if nips get sore), 25mg EOD (if still sore), & (if still sore) @ 25mg ED!
And if you go with ADEX start at week 3-12 @ .25mg EOD,if they get sore @ .25 ED, if still sore @ .50 EOD, still sore @.50 ED etc!
Aromasin would be my choice becuz there is no estrogen rebound and would work good with PCT.

Start PCT 15 days after last injection.
clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Take aromasin all the way up to pct at 12.5mg EOD or bump it up if u need too.

Try that cycle out if u want bro cuz if your gonna do this you should do it right.
