I was in the same position as you few weeks ago mate,(you can go and read my post) everyone has advised me to drop everything exept the Test E.. I did so, and you ll see everyone is agree, read some more post.. I agree too now, thanks again to everyone by the way.
I am running test e for 12 weeks, got anastrozol in case I need it, and tamoxifen for my PCT 40/40/20/20 usual stuff!

I'm going to echo what others have said.
Just the test e, 12 weeks. Run PCT with Clomid + Nolva. Cover the bases.
Have an AI on hand for possible on cycle gyno sides.
Nothing wrong with being conservative on the test at 250mg. Most folks run 500, but 1st cycle, be safe.
Clomid and Nolva are both SERMS that work similarly but not identically. I've used Nolva only in PCT, and it worked, but I do agree that Clomid+Nolva is probably superior for most folks.
2 orals in a cycle is never a good idea. 8 weeks may be quite stressful to your liver.
If you like the test, next cycle you can up the dose, or throw in an oral.
That's my take.
AnonOh I just noticed that you only have nolva for PCT you better add clomid because THAT is what is going to get your system restarted..NOT the nolva.

No. It is that the Test E might take up to 4 weeks before you feel it, since it is a long acting ester.
So then, you have only 4 weeks or so truly on.
12 weeks gives you enough time for the Test E to kick in, and enough time for you to work really hard in the gym, and put on some decent mass.
Finally, it give your body time to "get used to" the new mass and its requirements. So, in theory that means a better chance to keep more of your gains off cycle, when you are looking for you natty test to come back.

Anonx2 on both points, Nolva and Clomid PCT will be best. Plus you don't have to cram so much of one into you, less problems IMO.
I've read nolva can raise your test just as well as clomid without the side clomid has .

Anonnolvadex is an estrogen blocker.. nolvadex/clomid for pct after cycle.. aromisin or nolva during cycle as needed to block estrogen.. nolva is old school but adex/aromisin raises bad cholesterol

Vitamins & minerals you need everyday:
A: up to 10,000 (iu) in divided doses. Best would be beta carotene
C: 3 grams (g) in divided doses {not time released version}
D: 400 (iu)
E: 1,200 iu
Thiamine{B1}: 5-10mg
Niacin{B3}: 50-100mg
Pantothenic Acid{B5}: 5mg
Pyridoxine{B6}: 5-10mg
Folic Acid: 500mcg {micrograms}
Biotin: 300-500mg
B12: 10-15mcg
K: 50-100mcg
Minerals:
Calcium: 1000-1500mg in divided doses
Phosphorus: 800-1200 mg
Magnesium: 500-750mg {Don't take w/any fiber source, as fiber impairs absorption.
Sodium: Limit sodium {ussually from table salt, cheese, seafood} try not to exceed 2000mg
Potassium: 2500-400mg
Choloride: 1200-1400mg
Iron: Take 1gram of your vita c w/20-30mg of iron daily.
Zinc: 25-30mg
Copper: 2-4mg {don't take w/zinc}
Selenium: 150-200mcg

Tips to remember...
Take the fat soluble vita's {A, D, E, K with essential fatty acids (flax oil, is my fav)
Take C{250 at a time} & E together
Vita C should be taken 1 hour prior to, and right after exercise
Use the natural form of E, D-alpha tocopherol. Not DL
Do not take chitosan, or other fat blockers w/ fat soluble vita's{A, D, E, & K}
Beta Caratene can & should take the place of Vita A
The B vita {such as b6 and b12} should be taken before exercise
Use the niacinamide form of b3 if you get skin flush, or irritation {Don't use the slow release vers}
Take calcium with vita d. {Do not take with Magnesium}
Take more zinc {not w/copper}
Selenium is very important in helping to regulate metabolism as it supports the conversion of T4 to active T3
This is set up how I personally do it. Utilizing a morning sprint on an empty stomach {no food, but plenty of clean water {before sprint/run days are water w/Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy, & Korean Red Panax Ginseng mixed in. To wash down my a vita C. During, and after sprinting, is always plain cold water} Or, sometimes I just drink 1-2 cup/s of coffee w/the .5 tbsp of Korean Red Panax Ginseng} then do sprinting cardio, & workout. Make sure you utilize morning sprints two to three times per week, and have one day of moderate pace steady state cardio {Like jogging, swimming, bike, etc, etc, etc}............
Pre workout:
Two to Three times per week. Sprint as long as you can. Then Immediately stop drop & do 45 seconds of 1st, Pushups, 2nd, crunches, & at 3rd stop do Mountain Climber Pushups & 4th, Mason twists individually at each stop. Walk for 1-2 min, and repeat for at least, AT LEAST 10 min. Mix, Mixed Grip Pull Ups into your routine. 2 or 4 sets to failure... Do this, while still researching, and putting EVERYTHING for your cycle together! Have fun, brother...
We need your stats to give a real answer but I can tell you, No Dont do it, do some more research. Your first cycle you only want to use one compound, test. You want to see how your body reacts to one compound before you move on to others plus with this being your first cycle test is all you will need for great results. Test E for only 8 weeks is a waste,it wont kick in for 4 weeks so you will only be on cycle 4 four weeks actually. 250mg is too low also, you want at least 400mg a week preferably 500mg and you want to run it for 10-12wks. Also youll need clomid along with the Nolva during pct. Do some more research then repost your stats previous experience and proposed cycle in full including pct Youll get more help that way.
