Lean strength gains
ad
So It's been a year since I've done the juice. The last cycle I had was prop with var. Right now I am thinking of doing Sust, halo, and Clen (because I have Sust and halo on hand). Does that sound like too much? I'm trying to figure out the cycle for it.
I have 20 ml of Sust 250 and 30x50mg of Halo.
My stats are: I'm 26, 215 and 6'2. I've been lifting and swimming for 15 years.

no need to run halo.. if you run anything .. I would suggest u just rehab it...but if your dead set run a 12 or 14 week cycle of sust only and let gradually get stronger. you hop on the halo now and yes you will get a lot stronger fast but you body will not be able to take the added weight your lifting (rotater cuff) and you will damage it more... I know halo inside and out just leave that alone honest opinion .
RustyhookerWith all the givens below, wonder if tb500 or hgh pharmaceutical grade is better option for repair.
I dont see massive bench movement etc with your injury. But simple repair and rehab.
AnonOh wow... Halo? Really....
Why are you running halo ? Wgats your goals like rusty said
Yes so I swim about 5k a day if I have more time. I try to hit 7. A lot of sprint 50s and 75s. So long distance 500s. No competitions to do. I hit the gym pretty regularly for an hour to 1.5 every day.
My goal is to gain tons of strength. I tore my rotator cuff some time ago and got surgery for it. I would like to get my bench up to 300. I have currently 12% bf
The operation for rotator cuff was how long ago? You can get strong by utilizing a workout regimen that is designed to produce strength, and on top of that maybe add a few pounds of muscle, which will still keep u slightly slim for swimming.
Jumping on all those compounds especially halo and trying to climb back up fast to heavy bench is a sure fire way to hurt yourself again. You know what sucks about tearing a rotator cuff? Tearing the same one again. Scar tissue fucks you hard after that. Let alone what your aggression, blood pressure and liver values...... I think you need to go back to the drawing board for sure.
AnonHere's my thoughts .... He's running this because that's what he has... That ain't no reason to run anything... At all...
What I mean is just because that's all he has doesn't mean it should be ran together somehow
So yea I agree... Scratch it
Probably a good point.
RustyhookerReally need more info. Pool work is no joke. But whats your full scope of workouts? Laps, compete, leisure? Gym? Crossfit? Goals? Bf?
