Lean strength gains

ad

So It's been a year since I've done the juice. The last cycle I had was prop with var. Right now I am thinking of doing Sust, halo, and Clen (because I have Sust and halo on hand). Does that sound like too much? I'm trying to figure out the cycle for it.

I have 20 ml of Sust 250 and 30x50mg of Halo.

My stats are: I'm 26, 215 and 6'2. I've been lifting and swimming for 15 years.

no need to run halo.. if you run anything .. I would suggest u just rehab it...but if your dead set run a 12 or 14 week cycle of sust only and let gradually get stronger. you hop on the halo now and yes you will get a lot stronger fast but you body will not be able to take the added weight your lifting (rotater cuff) and you will damage it more... I know halo inside and out just leave that alone honest opinion .

Yes so I swim about 5k a day if I have more time. I try to hit 7. A lot of sprint 50s and 75s. So long distance 500s. No competitions to do. I hit the gym pretty regularly for an hour to 1.5 every day.

My goal is to gain tons of strength. I tore my rotator cuff some time ago and got surgery for it. I would like to get my bench up to 300. I have currently 12% bf

The operation for rotator cuff was how long ago? You can get strong by utilizing a workout regimen that is designed to produce strength, and on top of that maybe add a few pounds of muscle, which will still keep u slightly slim for swimming.

Jumping on all those compounds especially halo and trying to climb back up fast to heavy bench is a sure fire way to hurt yourself again. You know what sucks about tearing a rotator cuff? Tearing the same one again. Scar tissue fucks you hard after that. Let alone what your aggression, blood pressure and liver values...... I think you need to go back to the drawing board for sure.
