Keto--hgh/sest/eq
ad
I'm thinking of doing a high/ sest/eq cycle while being in ketosis. Anyone every experience this an if so was it worth it. Would I gain better results off keto? Thanks

No.
You are doing it wrong. Very... wrong. And now you want to take drugs.
Ffs.... smh
RustyhookerPriors? Goals? Bf?
How much weight have you lost on the keto diet?
Also it says youve been on and off it. Sounds like you need to be more committed to things before you start juice..be consistent at something first learn your body. Then think about juice
basskiller89Based on this post alone your understanding of nutrition is slightly off brother, and I do not mean that in a bad way. There's no real need for keto compared to a normal balanced diet. Also, I personally would find it quite hard to consume adequate calories while on gear and actually be sub 50 grams of carbs
The reason you feel clear is because your brain has adapted to using ketones rather than glucose as its primary energy source. I can almost guarantee that if you re introduced carbs back into your diet and gave your brain its preferred energy source you would feel even clearer. The misconception that carbs will make you fat or that there is an advantage in the speed of fat loss on a keto diet is simply nonsense
At the end of the day, who am I to tell you what to do. Just giving you advise as I have done keto before, and while I had amazing results, those same results could have been achieved through a balanced diet containing protein, carbs and fats, with an emphasis on carbs
Youve said a few things below that are completely factually incorrect buddy. Opinion vs. fact... thats the true nonsense.
You should learn more about the hormonal benefits of vlcd vs. Western diet, and adv. of fat adaption vs. ketosis (hint; macros are out the window at this point), and the differences between how the body itself chooses its preferred fuel source depending on activity. You should also learn about the proven benefits of swift fat loss versus slower fat loss. I only suggest these things as its clear when the majority of 'keto' focussed ppls talk they miss a far bigger and longer term picture.
All i mean is there is a far bigger pic than you just tried to paint and when giving advice, baseless opinion serves no purpose other than to muddy the waters.
basskiller89No arguments here brother
I'm always learning myself
I dont mean it as a criticism directed at you, in any way, i hope you know what i mean
Even the pro researchers dont wver account for far adaption (takes up to 6 months )
basskiller89I'm with you 100% lol
I sometimes overlook the more advanced topics myself, it's why I enjoy learning on here
BrianOThanks for replying. I will definitely take what you said into consideration. I defining think it would be hard consuming the right amount of calories on gear. It's hard enough hitting the calorie count being off gear on keto. Thanks again
BrianOWell been on an off it with wife for about 5 months. I enjoy the lifestyle an I feel better more clear I guess. I'm about 215 lbs /5'11/ guess I would say 15%bf.
First of all , why a keto diet ? What's your bodyfat %

Update your stats.
With those stats you don’t need steroids. A solid carb cycling approach would work wonders for your physique and dialing in your nutrition. You’ve got a good 5% bf to lose and 20 overall pounds to gain before you should start looking at anabolics.
