How to fight off Anavar cramps?
I’m 3 weeks into my Anavar + test c cycle and the cramps are becoming difficult to deal with. Last few days I’ve had to stop my workouts early due to cramping so I figured it was time to get some direction on how to manage this...
Currently on 230mg test / week which put free t at 500 pre anavar and I’ve been on 40mg anavar daily for 3 weeks now. I purposely have the test on the lower end because I’m towards the end of my cut and don’t want any water weight added at all.
Any supplements or foods you guys recommend to deal with this cramping? I’m already drinking water and sugar free Gatorade like there’s no tomorrow + 2 bananas every day. Thinking of having a cheat meal this weekend to get some energy back into my muscles as well as it’s been quite a while.
Thanks in advance.

the ones right between the shoulder blades are killer doing pulls at the gym helped mine alot but they came back the next day lol.
if youre getting calve cramps i recommend getting a really good pump before your cardio, keeps the blood in the muscle you just worked while you do your cardio. obviously the pump wont stay forever and you will get cramping at the end of your cardio. realisticly if you still get cramps while being hydrated with taurine then thats just the nature of anavar youre gonna have to accept and cant really get around
AnonTaurine helps some
RustyhookerHave you answered any of your prior posts or needed a bigger spoonfeeding
Wish i had a bigger spoon to shovel out this waste of time comment you made on my post.
^^^^Yep^^^^.. He should be at two weeks according to his last post. Not to be unsensitive to the op's condition, but how can anyone help him if he's not being open and honest.
I doubt anyone would have a reason to be "dishonest" about gettings muscle cramps.
I'm saying ur vague about doses, time frames, and maybe even all the compounds in ur system. If u lie about these things I'm willing to bet ur bullshit on all otherthings.. But anyways, the answers based off ur new question are solid, good luck..
What is your salt intake? You seem to have your electrolytes and potassium down with diet, but what of your salt intake?
I've been keeping salt low on purpose but perhaps i'll start adding more in. Just ordered some electrolyte powder from Amazon so we'll see how that works too.
Lack of sodium, hydration, stretching.....add some Gatorade’s and up your h2o....spread out thru the day a bit more sodium in the diet, not to much tho...do some full body relaxing stretches am/pm....this should help blood flow to combat muscle tightening....should notice a difference in a couple days...if not, then simply drop the var and move on....
