how long of a break should i take after i finishh this cycle

lixus sust 300-2cc a wk for a month
Than started sust 450 almost 2cc a wk i got 2 bottles of this
And i just started decka 300 im runnin 1 and a halfe cc a wk
for my my pct i wil be running clomid and nova
HOw long should i take off b4 i run another cycle

^^exactly. its the time your on cycle+the time waiting for pct and including time on pct= the time you stay off, then sart up another cycle.
