Help with cycle
Wanting to try a cycle, but do not really what I need to accomplish what i want. I have been working out on/off for 10+ years. A few years ago, a guy at gym let me try some gear. But after finding Eroids i realize this was probably not smart. He did not mention any PCT. Did one cycle of test250 and tren. Saw some great gains I did not go to gym for over 2 years, just started back in July, have lost 20 lbs, still looking to loose a little more, and tone/get stronger. So with that brief history, I would like to try a cycle the right way. Not looking to get huge, but would like to tone, and get stronger, also need advise on PCT. Target weight would be 190-205 and be solid. Diet is alot better than before, eating 5 meals a day, around 2000 cal, protein shake in afternoon, protein pack in morning.

I appreciate all the advise. I am certainly glad to have found this website. I have decided to just keep plugging along right now, and maybe ready before spring & summer. I don't really have the donations available right before Christmas to do this the right way. Thanks for all the help!
I think u should work on that diet brother. Steroids is not always the answer. It's not a miracle drug bro. Work on that diet and train hard as fuck for awhile before u jump on another cycle.
A lot of recalculating and research needed before jumping in. Get your body ready first. Get to a good lean physique possibly between 10%-12% bf and research first cycles. I wouldn't count the tren and test cycle you did years past as a first cycle since nothing was monitored and there was no plan or knowledge to it. Test e 500mg/wk for 12wks should suffice. But be prepared to get bloods and an ai on hand and most importantly a solid pct
Post cycle length and doses of Test/Tren..Congrats on losing 20 lbs. Keep up the.good work, bro. Can u post a faceless pic? It might be helpful.
You need bloodwork. And, after u calculate your BMR, you will have an idea of how many more calories u need and dial in ur macros to meet ur goals.

bigmurphMost guys here use female hormone panel you can search up top with the magnifying glass to find answers to basically all the basic questions also you should start searching and research ai, pct, diet, training, and I will put up a couple of good links you can check out.
I have not ran blood work. What do I ask for? As in what kind of test? What am I looking for? I started back to gym end of July, run 2-21/2 miles at lunch, lift weights in evening, chest/tri, bi/shoulders, 1 day back, 1 day legs, although I go easy on leg work outs, because I am running so much. I know it is harder to put on size do so much cardio. Have not figured bmi. I can up the calorie intake, but i work a desk job, so that's why i'm doing the cardio to try and slim down. Weighed 218 in July, now weigh 190-195.
Did you do any blood work recently?
What are you goals? How long have you actually been back at the gym? What is your body fat? What composition is that 2kcal value?
Definitely need to answer these questions before we can get an idea if he is even ready to do a cycle. 2000 cals definitely isn't going to put any lean mass on unless you are a little bird.
